Kilmarnock Football Club Supporters Association Statement â?? 16th June 2012

Quite simply the diddy team supporters want us gone so they have a better chance of runners' up spot, or even better. But those who run the diddy teams know that money talks and they can't survive without us.

Dunno whether their deal stands with the newco.

Haven't seen or heard anything to suggest it doesn't. I read a claim in one of the rags that the club has lost one sponsor already, but didn't say which one. The JJB logo is still on the club's website though and having checked recent JJB press releases there's no mention of Rangers at all.

Also, seemingly Glenmuir's involvement is limited to sourcing apparel products, which you would assume will be Rangers branded golf related gear.

Glenmuir MD, Colin Mee

“The Glenmuir shareholders were introduced to Charles Green by a mutual acquaintance who has been a longstanding business associate of the Glenmuir shareholders with a view to providing the new company with assistance on sourcing apparel product for its retail operations. Glenmuir is delighted to play a small part in the huge task of rebuilding Rangers.”

Doesn't sound like that investor is investing much in the way of finance.
