SDM denies cheating

Recommended Posts

I had thought that the BTC appeal was irrelevant to the SPL "dual contracts" investigation but if you think about it...if we are found to NOT have abused the system and that these payments were not salary or renumeration but loans or gifts from a trust fund then it's a moot point regarding contracts surely?

Once this red herring is exposed that's it, the games up, no more sticks to beat us with and only the tattered remnants of a Premier League to show for it.

Been posted on another forum, BTC is decided in Rangers favour, announcement soon 2-3 weeks..

:54::cheers: :robbo: : rfc: :nshappy:

Will believe this when I see it, very much doubt it though

Believe it, Rangers are in the clear, SDM on this occasion has been proven correct. The EBT's where correctly administered. He's still a twat though for selling our club to Whyte, he should have held his nerve and we would not have been put through the wringer and allowed our enemies a free reign to boot us to kingdom come.

A similar rumour seems to appear every couple of months or so unfortunately.

I thought that the dual contract issue and tax case itself were completely separate, but some of the reporting seems to suggest otherwise?
