Juancornetto 1 Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 I had thought that the BTC appeal was irrelevant to the SPL "dual contracts" investigation but if you think about it...if we are found to NOT have abused the system and that these payments were not salary or renumeration but loans or gifts from a trust fund then it's a moot point regarding contracts surely? If it is such an open and shut case then why no decision.
