2' An early chance for Forfar but their shot is wide of target.

3' Rangers have an early corner.

Katey Turner takes is short to Claire Adams, she crosses it in but Vicki Bruce can't get the shot away. (0-0)

6' Rangers have anther corner. This time Clare Gemmell takes it but Adams final shot is well over the bar.

9' GOAL! Rangers take the lead agains Forfar Farmington! 1-0

Katey Turner make a driving run up the right and cut the ball for Chantelle Brown to fire home for 1-0.

13' Turner has a shot at goal herself but the Farmington keeper is equal to it. (1-0)

15' Corner to Rangers. Gemmell stands over it and it's blasted towards goal at the back post but the keeper gets a hand to it. (1-0)

16' Rangers have a corner right outside the box.

Watson fires it low but it's cleared.

20' GOAL! Brooke Hendrix doubles Rangers lead! 2-0

A free kick is drifted in and the Forfar keeper misreads it, allowing Hendrix to nip in and head home. (2-0)

25' Hayley Sinclair takes a shot but it's safe in the hands of the keeper. (2-0)

27' Sinclair tries her luck again from the edge of the area but it trickles wide. (2-0)

41' Sinclair is fouled on the edge of the area and Rangers have a free kick.

Watson the taker again but her low driving shot is wide.

44' Great pressure from Turner wins Rangers a corner. (2-0)

45+1' Forfar have a free kick on the edge of the penalty area.

Rangers clear the danger.

 

HALF TIME: Rangers 2 -0 Forfar Farmington.

 

The teams are back out for the second half.

47' Chantelle Brown providing some early pressure for Rangers. Her shot is wide.

49' Lisa Swanson plays the ball across goal to Turner but her attempt misses the target. (2-0)

50' Sinclair takes the ball to the byline but her shot hits the keeper and Brown can't get on the end for a rebound.

54' Turner does well to control the ball turn and shoot but the Forfar Farmington stopper makes the save.

60' SUB: Sarah Robertson is introduced in place of Lisa Swanson.

62' Chantelle Brown sprints into the box and forces a save from the keeper. Rangers have a corner.

Turner plays the ball in but it evades everyone and out for a goal-kick.

67' Turner plays the ball to Adams who fires it into the area. Chelsie Watson is there to head it but it's over. (2-0)

72' GOAAAL! Vicki Bruce makes it 3-0 to Rangers!

Turner floats the ball into the danger area and Sarah Robertson heads it to the back post where Bruce was waiting to tap in.

85' Turner plays in a great corner and Bruce blasts it just high of the goal.

86' SUB: Katey Turner is replaced by Rachael O'Neill.

89' SUB: A double change for Rangers sees Leeanne Hughes and Megan Foley replace Vicki Bruce and Claire Adams.

89' Rangers have a corner at the touch line in line with the penalty spot.

Gemmell takes it and it comes off the back of Rhonda Jones and Forfar clear.

Glasgow City Ladies won a record 10-in-a-row league titles today - congrats to them.

... it's essentially a one-horse race for a decade. More or less because they grab all the best players from all over the country, including ours. While we continue to change our squad (much like most others do) annually, having 8 to 10 players coming and going each season. No consistency whatsoever. We had one good year with Angie Hind, that top notch US coachess, but that was that.
