Sevco made a payment of £200,000 to the Company for such exclusivity. 4.23 In the event that either this CVA is not approved, or the other Conditions of the loan are not satisfied or waived by 23 July 2012, Sevco is contractually obliged to purchase the business and assets of the Company for £5,500,000 by 30 July 2012. I understand CG was a director but Whyte was not until these documents emerged which we're now told are forgeries. It appears Sevco 5088 was a decoy to fool Whyte for whatever reason. As I said in another thread we are arguing over semantics , if you re-read that Sevco 5088 is only mentioned once , after that its just Sevco. If Sevco 5088 was a decoy then the CVA proposal and exclusive and binding agreement was for all intents and purposes fraudulent. Whyte was in control of the situation from the day he arrived at the club till the moment D&P and Green & Co shafted him. Forget all the bullshit about having to string Whyte along to get his shares there simply wasn't any need to do so as Sevco 5088 always had them.
