Sevco Scotland vs Sevco 5088

Recommended Posts

whyte was and is allowed to own us. he just cant run us.

Similar to Mad Vlad @ Hearts - he has no official involvement in the running of the club, hence why he can come out with all sorts of comments about Refs etc, without facing any SFA punishment.

and whyte would have said if i dont own sevco your not getting my shares. whyte was and is allowed to own us. he just cant run us.

If ... Sevco 5088 had any involvement in the Rangers' takeover. And if ... what Whyte claims is actually true. Of course, it does not exactly help our current state if we and the rest of the world debate "ifs and buts and maybes", most of whom whipped up out of proportion by the media.

if whyte was sevco 5088 and it seems he was. allied with the fact we know d@p sgreed to sell us to sevco 5088 both pre and post cva then someone is in real bother. thankfully it's most likely d@p.

rangers will survive. if we survived whyte forcing us in to liquidation in an attempt to own us for a pound debt free then we will survive anything.

what we ned though are owners and emplyees of a standard that we the fans deserve. thats not a group of serial liars who crawled into bed with whyte.

get rid of them and roll with the punches that follow their con job. meanwhile we get back where we belong.

no dividends, no lies, no base level playing to the gallery, no stupid remarks about paki's. proper dignified approach to being a national institution that is the very pinnacle of Scottish football.

Where did D&P agree to sell us post CVA to Sevco 5088 , infant where was there any mention of a post CVA plan made public

4.17 Following the extensive marketing of the Company and the extensive sale process, an offer was made by Sevco 5088 Limited (Sevco) to make a loan on certain terms (explained below) in conjunction with the purchase by Sevco of the Group Shares.

4.19 Consequently, on 12 May 2012, the Joint Administrators agreed and signed an offer letter with Sevco (the Offer Letter) and granted Sevco exclusivity to complete a takeover of the Company or a purchase of the Company‘s business and assets by 30 July 2012. Sevco made a payment of £200,000 to the Company for such exclusivity.

4.23 In the event that either this CVA is not approved, or the other Conditions of the loan are not satisfied or waived by 23 July 2012, Sevco is contractually obliged to purchase the business and assets of the Company for £5,500,000 by 30 July 2012. All further terms of that sale have been agreed in advance and are confidential.

Sevco 5088 never got the Rangers' assets. Sevco Scotland did. Sevco5088 is a separate company & played no part in the newco. I understand CG was a director but Whyte was not until these documents emerged which we're now told are forgeries. It appears Sevco 5088 was a decoy to fool Whyte for whatever reason.

Whyte is a desperate man looking for cash since he lost his court battle with ticketus from whom he obtained 20 odd million.

As I said in another thread we are arguing over semantics , if you re-read that Sevco 5088 is only mentioned once , after that its just Sevco.

I take it you got the above from the D&P report

see where they say sevco in brackets after saying sevco 5088 the first time. that means that any time from then on they mention sevco they mean sevc 5088. standard in documents like this to save pages.

its from the cva proposal released by sevco for creditors to consider.

If Sevco 5088 was a decoy then the CVA proposal and exclusive and binding agreement was for all intents and purposes fraudulent.

Whyte was in control of the situation from the day he arrived at the club till the moment D&P and Green & Co shafted him.

Forget all the bullshit about having to string Whyte along to get his shares there simply wasn't any need to do so as Sevco 5088 always had them. "You are Sevco."
