Promote the interests? To who? Not promote the club but its interests. Not sure what that means. Shareholder relations? A fairly straightforward job. Spend a morning every 6 months with each of our major investors? Can't see that paying more than £10k. Advising the company on its capital structure? I'm not a fan of its current structure, but can't see the reason for any change. Very suspicious.
