Its just seems strange to me that an employee of our club, complains about our FD, both of whom I would imagine conduct the vast majority of their work in Scotland.

why are we entertaining this notion the sfo have no jurisdiction in Scotland. serious frauds committed in Scotland are to be reported to them for action. they then deal with the procurator fiscal as required.

 

going to the sfo is entirely the correct course of action.
