What a strange justification of a spurious allegation, as you have already been informed the SFO has no remit in Scotland and can act only by invitation, IPO's as you also have been informed are nowhere near as low as McColl claimed his 5% might just cover insurances and a lot nearer 12.5%, the fact that you in your belligerent way dismiss anything that doesn't suit is well exposed here.

Our IPO costs weren't 5% or anywhere close. They weren't 12.5% or anywhere close. They were approximately 25% so let's stick to the facts.

That a complaint about the actions of Brian Stockbridge in his role of Finance Director was made by an employee is a fact, claiming the SFO wouldn't entertain an individual is as spurious as it is laughable.

So you're now claiming 8.4% which is the average IPO cost is a lot neare to 12.5% than it is to 5%?

Can I ask FS why that complaint was made to an organisation which have no jurisdiction in Scotland ?

why are we entertaining this notion the sfo have no jurisdiction in Scotland. serious frauds committed in Scotland are to be reported to them for action. they then deal with the procurator fiscal as required.

going to the sfo is entirely the correct course of action.

why are people falling for this cop out from stockbridge?
