Darthter 542 Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Robert Sarver today announces that as a result of the board's failure to provide a counter proposal or to engage in any meaningful negotiations with him, he does not now intend to make an offer for Rangers. This is worrying, but not totally unexpected.... Here was a potential buyer, who has already provided proof of funding, yet the current board didn't even bother entering ANY negotiations. I get the impression that they were never going to accept his offer. In the mean time, the cash reserves are very quickly running out.
