I would expect that as long as someone holds the 26% required to block a new share issue, someone like Sarver has no chance. It is anyone's guess how the 3Bs or King would have voted, but as long as they do not say a word, we are left guessing, while the board can obviously lay "blame" on someone else's doorstep. I hear what you are saying, but not sure admin 2 is necessarily on the cards as we have funding options being made available. Quite frankly he seems as credible as anyone out there - he has very decent money and a good track record of owning a major sports team in one of the U.S's biggest institutions, in the NBA.
