they are also a substantial shareholder.

 

would be helpful for all concerned if they ratified if he is onboard as a fan rep or major shareholder. if fan rep his life is ruined lol... (a million requests from every fan board..)

He certainly has plenty of business experience - GRAHAM CONSULTING SOLUTIONS LTD Incorporation date 24/02/2011

 

The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 28/02/2014 reported 'cash at bank' of £1, 'liabilities' worth £61,478, 'net worth' of £1,026 and 'assets' worth £61,331.

He's obviously not on for his business experience so it's a cheap shot to use his personal company.

How do you know that? The statement concludes "and in order that they can use their abilities to contribute to the Company"; so it's a fair question, what are his abilities and qualifications to be a director? James Blair is a qualified lawyer so can act as company secretary; apart from being King's chief rabble rouser, what does Mr Graham bring to the Boardroom table?

I've already answered the question about what Graham brings earlier in the thread.

 

It's fairly obvious that he's on as a fan's rep. It's disingenuous to suggest that you think that he's been brought on because of his business abilities.

 

Would he be my number one choice? Probably not, However he's been picked and he should be given an opportunity to show that he can contribute and hopefully he will,
