That horse has been beaten to death and was publicly admitted that it was needed to keep things going. The date it was required so that the lights did not went out. Was it really right after CVA fail and newco switch? Obviously, it would also be good to know how much it would have cost us to TUPE these players (as is claimed) and whether that could have been set against selling them immediately thereafter. On a sidenote, are we to believe that shortly after taking over and trying to get the players for the newco, that there was no money left whatsoever with the investors on Green's list. Easdale et al?
