Will SFA Compliance Officer offer Dembele a 2 game ban?

Both Holt's tackle on (insert that Celtic player's name) shortly before he whipped a shot wide and was hooked as well as Hill's are what I would usually call a solid Scottish tackle. At least of years gone by. In this day and age, any European whistler would have given a foul and a penalty as well, in Hill's case. Madden was way behind play and had an obstructed view of Hill's tackle, so let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

It is what I bemoaned of the Kiernan red card the other week, or the Yahoo's No. 88 "not even a free kick or foul" stuff, when he almost wrecked the opposition's player's foot. That is: inconsistency in these meaty and crunchy tackles, where you can have everything from not even a foul up to a straight red.

Broon thinks he is a hard man on the field but runs around like a heedless and should receive a 2 match ban for the elbow on Holt.

Dembelle clearly kicks his foot into the ground to simulate a trip and therefore dived and should have been carded.

Holt fouled Roberts and probably should have been booked.

It was a foul on Griffith by Hill and should have been a pen, if it happened at the other end we would have been screaming for one.

Poor by Rodgers to quote Hill in his after match moan.

What delighted me was the number of players we had in and around their box when we scored.

Overall a reasonable performance that sets us up for the semi, lets face it, we will have had 2 chances to stop them winning the treble so it's a must win.
