Yeah, the strongest transfer rumours I've heard in recent months were him and Cummings. Not sure how we'd get the latter though given what happened with Scott Allan but perhaps there is something sort of minimum fee clause. Why would a guy who has a contract option for a further year at the end of this season come to Rangers to be paid less in 3 years than what he could earn by just taking the option of a further year at WBA. If you're going to wind someone up, surely you need to do better than this. The story about Fletcher comes from a no-name source, one I was oblivious to. He's well settled, their captain, and will stay were he is for serious money. As for jellybeans - and some others: he's one of the trusted in-the-know posters with a source close to the club. Whether the names he's been given will actually arrive is obviously not up to him - alas, he's a more reliable source than most hacks and would-be hacks.
