Be that as it may, the chap who said that the Katic deal was done and dusted has today also confirmed a deal for Hodzic.

 

Some ITKs also saying now that we are not interested in Hodžić, Koljić or Šunjić. We shall see.

That's a bit of a disappointment.  We need strikers and they seemed good to at least consider (far better than Lafferty, in my opinion).

I'm glad Docherty has only gone on loan and not been sold. Hopefully he'll make the most of the opportunity and return as an asset ready for the first team squad or someone we can then sell on for considerably more money. Good luck to him.

Disappointing really. Though we have weeks left to add to the squad and Gerrard seemed keen to suggest we’re in no hurry and not to expect much just now.

The English can buy till tomorrow, but sell till the month's end. I reckon that their squads wwill be finalized soon and "surplus" folk become clearer. Could well be that we wait for that option ... and Lafferty ain't out of the picture either.

The valuations are nonsense. Why do you believe them? Anyone who thinks we sold garner for £1.5m but accepted £200k for waghorn needs to ask themselves do you really think our millionaire owners are that easy with their money and frankly that stupid or are you being lied too.
