Thought after that first minute goal that it was going to be just backs to the wall stuff , but we grew into the game, and were unlucky in the end not to get the win.

Much improved second half where we actually got forward much better and took our chances when they came.

 

In the end we could have won it but can't argue with a point.

Got their act together and crafted chances to score. Perhaps the toughest ground to get a result and we are still unbeaten in Europe. Lots of character after going down 2-1 ... 

 

If you ask me, Middleton and Barisic should stay on our left flank. The work ethic and ability of Middleton is enormous, great play for our second goal and nearly scored a goal himself. 

 

Unless Katic is injured, breaking up our well-oiled central defence and handing an Englishman a first start in a game in Spain was the one point would could well have proved fatal tonight. Europe IS something else than the English leagues and Godlson has now 8+ games under his belt.

 

The ref ... another one-sided affair. There seemingly were no 50/50s and that foul on Kent was as tactical and yellow as it gets.
