The fact is he is a top manager, and his leaving is a huge blow for them. I never thought we would win the league till he left, now that could be this season! Replacing him will be like replacing Sir Alex Ferguson - the next guy can only fail by comparison. And if they bring in the guy who failed at Hibs, then all the better! All the replacement really needs to do is pick the same players and have them playing the same way - they are 8 points clear and just need to keep chugging along.
