Frank needs Kante on from the start and Pulisic as well as Hudson Odoi, Rudiger and Willian fit. I still think that with a full squad that Chelsea will be in the shout for 4th with Utd and Arsenal. Any takers?????? Have to be in with a shout, any of at least 6 could be top 4. Straight from the outset it looks as if just like Scotland there are only 2 who can occupy the top 2 spots.
