SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

Recommended Posts

Apparently the document was sent to clubs only, with a rider that it was legally sensitive, and should not be shared.

Yet, within two shakes of a lapdog's tail,  the SPFL has it.

Looks like the scum will be handed the title, Rangers will be treated like a pariah (more than before) and there will be minimal changes at the SPFL.

Oh well...

... more like: if the EGM will yield no result, Rangers have a good case to go to court with, which might have been the plan anyway, given the nature of Scottish clansmanship in the SPFL.

Going to court may very well draw UEFA's attention into this (though they should be at it anyway), and Scum FC may be denied any entrance into CL land.

You may have hit the nail where it hurts

So they've managed to read a 200 page document in circa 1hr (1 page every 20 seconds) of a document they weren't sent, then type and release a statement dismissing the dossier? Wow, that's impressive work considering most of their staff are on furlough.....

I really hope we have a water tight, strong case.  I must admit I’m a bit worried that we may release something that doesn’t back up our previous statements.  It’s been 10 years of worry, fecking hope we are now on the front foot!

That was the speed-read-and-understand-it they expected from every club with their 105 page proposal though ... ?

Haha - no wonder SPFL and their lackies saying that there is nothing worth seeing in the "dossier"
