That is ... what shall we do with active and irresponsible behaviour of players and consequently clubs? So far only Sturgeon has imposed the usual 14 day quarantine (or the like) on both clubs, but ... if Bolingoli did as the police has now verified, did Celtic actually field an ineligible player (remember Legia) for the game (and even worse, endangering another club's players along the way)? The player apparently tested negative, which is what's required under the SPFL rules.
