FORMER Rangers chairman Dave King has launched a sensational bid to return to the Ibrox board and aid the ‘further development’ of the Premiership champions. King stepped down from his position as chairman in March 2020 after announcing his intention to bring an end to his reign at the Annual General Meeting the previous November.
