I'm going out on a limb and taking the view that this is horseshit. He may be refusing a long term contract but, if so, it will be because in his opinion the offer is uncompetitive, not because it stops him going to England. As a player yes. How much we need to pay for him i don't know. Chelsea loan out these youth players for a premium its a big earner for them.
