A step too far for this Rangers team! however the lack of appetite is the biggest problem here! Gio has a huge job on his hands to turn things around, not for this match, but the rest of this season!

It must be said though no Scottish team is good enough for the CL.

Gio is one domestic slip up away from completely losing the support. It seems crazy considering where we were last season.

The manner of the defeat is the worst of it, just no heart at all.

Echos of Celtic's implosion of 2 years ago coming into view.

No idea what our tactical setup was there but, again, it's not working either through the message not getting to the players or the players being unwilling to do the hard yards which, to be perfectly honest, does look the case for several players who haven't got beyond a trot.

The lack of quality was also stark with every player unable to control a ball, pass it, track runs or win their individual battles. We're one paced, one dimensional and utterly predictable. The manager has a huge job changing this as this standard is completely unacceptable.

The team selection tonight is similar to what we’d pick in the SPFL.

This is the Champions league. We seem to be short in MF. Could we have gone 4-4-2?

We have Kent and Wright contributing absolutely nothing. Wright infuriatingly continues to give the ball away under no pressure.

GvB needs to pick a team and tactics for who we’re playing. You can’t play the same players & tactics at this level that we play in the SPFL
