That 1st save from Butland gets better every time I see it. He was brilliant last night. Can be relied on.

 

Kicking is a bit Stefan Klos but if his goalkeeping is like it (pre injury) then we are on to a good thing.

Went for Butland, was a Rangers keeper performance and he'll only get better with game time.

 

Raskin is a fair shout, he was like a scrapping bull terrier in that second half.

My supporter days started with Billy Ritchie between the sticks and we have been blessed with some wonderful goalkeepers since then. When one of the greats leaves us there's always a worry that we could struggle to replace them adequately. So I bet when Jack Butland made those saves last night, I wasn't the only one thinking "we've found our keeper again".

 

Frankly, it was a bit of a ropey performance in defence and our forwards still can't find the barn door, let alone hit it. Thankfully our midfield turned up again. But who wouldn't give MOTM to Butland?

Raskin had a good second half but he didn’t win the match for Rangers whereas Butland definitely saved it.

Raskin was good as well (2H) and Cantwell drove forward play.

 

But Jack was the man.
