  1. Was the date of 1981 added after 2006? Was it not just added in 1981? Am I missing something?
  2. Not sure if it's the reason given by Zappa here: http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?29385-Can-someone-please-explain
  3. Being a shareholder or a football manager does not give you the right to see internal forecasts and cash flows.
  4. Page 6 of the Prospectus shows an income statement "For the 3 month period from incorporation to 31 August 2012"
  5. And page 87 of the Prospectus states: In the period ended 31 August 2012, the amount of remuneration paid (including any contingent or deferred compensation) and benefits in kind granted to each of the Directors and Key Employees by the RFCL Group for services in all capacities to the RFCL Group were as follows: Base salary and fees, Bonus, Benefits in kind, Pensions, Total £’000 £’000 £’000 £’000 £’000 Ally McCoist 175, N/A, N/A, N/A, 175
  6. Is it available for the Windows phone? Just did a search for it and it didn't come up.
  7. McCoist was paid £175K in the 3 months to August 2012, which annualised is £700K, so not too ridiculous to suggest he's now on £750K.
  8. So the Record got his IQ wrong. Surely that just says something about the Record rather then Prior? And the fact that the article tries to use it against Prior shows its lack of objectivity.

  10. That's not accurate though. That shows unit 74 as being airside. It's an old one, I believe, before they had the refurb. If I'm reading that correctly the 55 is WH Smith and 60 is Boots. The Celtic shop is approximately 49 and 57, I believe.
  11. To the right of the Celtic shop as you look at it? Is that unit not smaller, or are they expanding it?
  12. I doubt that very much. It's all a "get it up ya" to keep it going since we had to pull the plug on ours. They're happy to keep it there due to their obsession with us, rather than for commercial reasons.
  13. Check in on-line and look to the side so manage to avoid it totally most of the time
  14. Or right in front of you as you walk down the walkway from the second floor of the car park
  15. I think I'd prefer if it was airside, which is where most of the shopping gets done. If it's next to the Celtic shop then is it not to one side as you walk down from the carpark? Not ideal.
  16. Absolutely. There's no way it will be profitable.
  17. Air side or land side at Glasgow?
  18. When I first glanced at the front page on my iPad this morning, my first reaction was "Why is the wee kid from Britain's Got Talent wanting to invest in Rangers?"
  19. Has it been proven that the documents were forged? Has Green come out and made that claim?
  20. I'd like more details on that as well, given 5088 is owned by Rangers.
  21. No, it would be him as a director. He can be charged if the company was insolvent and the directors continued to allow it to trade.
  22. I'd argue he that he should get done for illegal trading.
  23. So if you know that about them then why all the questions?
  24. Or perhaps people value their safety?
  25. The statement that Harris had issues is unfair. The goings-on at that AGM were disgraceful and to try and put the blame onto him is uncalled for, in my opinion. There were matters about the whole thing that should have been discussed, for example the lack of disclosure in the accounts, but the members were prevented from doing so, and that was nothing to do with Harris having "issues". You sure?
