  1. Updated Ibrox stats, P14 W14 D0 L0 F40 A1 Pts42/42 Absolutely top class???????
  2. Thank goodness Morelos 3 game ban is over. 3 games missed, we scored 3 goals and played poorly in all 3 and looked toothless in attack. Hopefully he can come back into the side and steer clear of trial by Sportscene in the remaining games until 55 is clinched.
  3. Don Robertson has been cheating Rangers out of decisions all the way through our journey back to the top.
  4. SG said Defoe was ready but Arfield just back full training so probably too early today
  5. ......unless celtic don’t like it. I finished that for you!
  6. 10 games left to go, 6 of those at home. Net 15 point lead. Still unbeaten. Yes, we were utter gash today and we now know we can’t play a midfield 3 of Kamara Zungu & Aribo. Lesson learned. It also shows that taking Morelos & Roofe out the team is a big ask. Put the above 2 statements together and we didn’t show up. Tell me a team that would expect to win an away game without the quality of Davis, Jack, Arfield, Morelos, Roofe. Gerrard took a gamble today with his team selection to give important players a break with one eye on our ipcoming schedule, and it didn’t work out. He has earned that gamble with the lead we have established, so to give 2 points away is probably in the big picture worth it for us. 3 of our next 4 games are at home where we are 100% so let’s just put this down to a failed punt and move onwards and upwards.
  7. It won’t be reviewed, Andy Walker was surprised it was even a yellow, says he had eye only on ball despite what the pictures clearly showed, not been discussed since, won’t be discussed at HT, move on everyone. Compare & contrast.
  8. Really unfair on Defoe and I can’t quite get my head around it. Surely with the people leaving we have enough room for a quality striker who is unlike our other options there and whose experience could be useful should we get a few games in the comp.
  9. Good point, I can’t recall a save he made. Wasteful finishing in first half by us, which could have put us on easy street and perhaps allowed a smoother second half performance. Just glad we got the win and we move onwards and upwards.
  10. I still think 87 was better but this is a close second. Sadly I can’t see us getting into Ibrox this season, but hope at least to have access to a licensed premises and a helluva party by May.
  11. Pretty bloody good mate. 1 goal conceded in 12 home league games, winning the lot of them. I suspect that’s never been done before, and we know if it was the bheasts on such a run, there would be reams of articles letting us know just how wonderful and record breaking the run is. All we get is an acknowledgment that the bheasts have imploded and blown “the 10” which is funny as I don’t recall them “winning” “the 9”. Must have missed that game, who scored the winner? There will soon be muttering about us going unbeaten throughout the campaign, which will be completely downplayed and we will be told it’s not a patch on Brenda’s team of superheros and that none of our current team would get into their team. What won’t be mentioned is that they had a £50M advantage over their opponents and started that season as 1/50 favourites. For us, I’m sure I’m just like most Bears in being so proud of this team, the quality of play most weeks, our credibility in Europe, and our class off the field with our management team leading us to glory.
  12. Nearly there Bears, nearly there!
  13. At fortress Ibrox; P 12 W 12 D 0 L 0 F 38 A 1 That is what wins titles. There is always going to be a few scrappy 1-0 wins in there, so judgements should be on the overall results, and that is absolutely perfect.
  14. We are looking to see this game out now. Always a risky gameplan. We’ve done it very well this season so far but I’d love a second goal just to be safe!
  15. Doesn’t matter, he goes right over the ball straight into the player. Dangerous play, stonewall red card. Delighted he got away with it, as it might have cost us the game.
  16. Thankfully got RTV back on for start of second half. My alternative viewing while RTV was offline has Saints commentary, what a dull duo doing their games! Seen the Roofe booking a few times and how the ref has only yellow carded for that is unbelievable. Textbook red card, I think even Roofe knew it as he thumped the ground with his fist as the ref was reaching into his pocket and I think he thought it was a red card coming. Probably his worst performance of the season so far, he will have better days if the CO allows him.
  17. Rangers tv not working. 4 red dots. It was working earlier until I realised I was 2 mins behind and refreshed the feed and had nothing since.
  18. I can’t make out a word of that other than his name. i think we need the old bouncing ball on the lyrics added to the clip!
  19. When I read the title of the article I had a think as to what the key game in SG’s first season was, and for me it was definitely Ufa away , which was for me by far the most important game of the whole season, crucially for the financial windfall that none of us thought possible and would speed up our rebuilding, and also for giving us European credibility in getting through 4 rounds of unseeded qualifiers. Remembering this was hot on the heels of Progres the year before, and the calamitous reigns of Pedro & caretaker Murty. Delighted to then read that Ufa was also the writers first choice, for the same reasons. There is no denying that all the games picked by Rick & 4th official were big, crucial stepping stones on our way back to the top. I look forward to reading further instalments and hopefully watching some more potential chapters to be added before this season ends.
  20. We seen very similar outpourings against our very own Super Ally in the final season of his management.
  21. I find him utterly hilarious.
  22. Apparently they have a really easy game on Tuesday night and the Killie board didn't trust Dyer not to blow it.
