That says before the sale of their shares they held 4,334,450 shares, but the RIFC investor site has just been updated and states they held 4,601,688 shares.

BPH didn't buy enough in the open offer to maintain their shareholding percentage either, but I'm sure they will have enough as you say in their 'little umbrella group', especially given the number of shares bought by the frontmen/Bus Bros.

STV Reporting both Boyd and Mohsni offered suspensions

I like your thinking! -
I thought I had a screenshot of the old shareholder list for comparison, but can't find it. At first glance, it looks like Artemis definitely took up a lot more than their basic allocation in the open offer, just like Laxey did. Also interesting to see that Margarita didn't buy any shares in the open offer.

No wonder our market & investor business has been getting conducted so poorly if our NOMAD can't even file their own accounts within the required time limit 6 months after their year-end. I'm sure since our PLC directors are such upstanding bastions of good corporate governance, that they'll cut Daniel Stewart & co loose and find a more appropriate NOMAD to take care of the business.

Sons of Struth threaten boycott of Mike Ashley’s Sports Direct shops
Zappa replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
No, I don't think so. It would be a convenient excuse to blame the Union of Fans' alignment with Dave King for any strategic errors or deficiencies in their overall campaign because even if they hadn't aligned with him or had involvement with him at all, it's 100% guaranteed that other alignments would be getting highlighted. In other words, if detractors of the UoF didn't have the King alignment to call on, I think many of them would fall back on the anti-RST, anti-FF, anti-Dingwall, anti-Chris Graham (etc etc etc) stances and in fact I see and hear people combining all of these things anyway.- 92 replies

That same point could easily be applied to the current Ibrox boardroom/s and their puppet masters.- 92 replies

No doubt there were numerous shady reasons, but I think the main aim of the so-called 'reconstruction' was the actual merger of the SPL & SFL league bodies. The SFL clubs sold the SFL history and their own club's souls to the SPL for the moonbeams & promises of a few quid extra in broadcasting and sponsorship payments.

Possibly never. Swiss Tony apparently has at least one foreign hideout in a place with no extradition treaty to the UK. He'll probably still be sipping Margaritas and laughing his ass off when there's an arrest warrant out for him.

I don't think so. These things tends to be worded in such a way as to essentially mean 'ASAP'.

GPL Round-up + full set of results and updated standings table following last night's abysmal capitulation and defeat to Hibs at Ibrox......... http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?65956-Predictions-for-Rangers-v-Hibs-SPFL-Championship-match-7-(GPL-game-12)&p=518074&viewfull=1#post518074 -
It would be hypocritical of Daniel Stewart & co and the RIFC PLC directors if they were essentially handing out a polite reminder of the FCA's 'Disclosure and Transparency Rules' to the buyer & seller of today's large share trade when they can't even conduct our own company business in a proper manner. Constant errors in and corrections to disclosures, notifications and announcements..... An official PLC investor relations website which is poorly managed and extremely tardy in it's shareholder information updates, given that there's still no update to the list of shareholders with notifiable interests following the recently concluded share offer and those new shares were admitted to the market almost 2 weeks ago.........

Why did the PLC publish that "Total Voting Rights" RNS announcement tonight?

Aye and a great big nasty batty boy.

I hope he ends up in the clink.

Monday, 29 September 2014 17:30 Loan Watch Written by Rangers Football Club RANGERS loan boys notched up two goals across three leagues in this weekend's fixtures while others didn't have quite the same luck. In the Championship a 41st minute goal made it two goals in three games for Calum Gallagher as Cowdenbeath beat Queen of the South 2-1. The win gave Cowden their first three points of the Championship season. Elsewhere in the league Barrie McKay suffered a frustrating afternoon in front of goal at Stark’s Park as Raith played out a goalless draw with Falkirk. Those players out on loan to League one sides had mixed fortunes this weekend. Kyle McAusland featured as a 58th minute substitute, in the first game of his loan spell for Brechin City as they went down 3-1 to Forfar Athletic at Station Park. Robbie Crawford found himself on the losing side as Morton were beaten 2-1 by Stenhousemuir, meanwhile fellow loanee Tom Walsh didn’t feature for Stenny. It was better news for Luca Gasparotto, the centre half scored as Aidrieonians secured a late 3-2 win away at Ayr. The 19- year old netted one of three goals in the final ten minutes to help secure all three points. Danny Stoney made a brief appearance off the bench for Stranraer as they beat Stirling Albion 2-0 at Stair Park. And in League Two former Rangers star Barry Ferguson made his debut for Clyde in his role as Player/Manager alongside loanee Craig Halkett. The pair could only help their side draw 1-1 with Annan, leaving Clyde still rooted to the foot of the table. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/7753-loan-watch

That's the worry for us with the likes of Hearts this season. We need to go to Tynecastle and beat them or there's the possibility of their confidence growing even further.

Fan board elections now closed as of Saturday 20 September
Zappa replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
You've lost me there (before my time! ), but just to get back to the discussion side of it, I think the current state of play with 2 FO models is fine for the support's current situation which is a total shambles mirroring the Club, but going forward we do need to put past differences to bed once and for all. If we can do that, then we might have a chance. -

D'Art, the animosity between our 'Fan Ownership' models is not the root of the problem because one of them is practically brand new and the support's little (but growing) divisions have a much longer history than just going back to May this year. It's interesting that we're getting back to the 'Fan Ownership' issue on this 'Fan Board' thread here though because a possible way forward has always been for these two things to be 100% combined with a proper Club Membership scheme. Fan Ownership + Club Membership + Fan Board all interlinked and working in concert is what many German and other European clubs have adopted, but we are a LONG way off from getting to that point as things stand.
