Not had the time recently. Moved house, moved job and been pretty busy in general. Mate, I'm a fan of Boyd, I want him to play all the time but under this ludicrous 4-5-1 system WS insists on playing we'll never get the best out of him.

Aye, I'm a boring bastard now but you still beat me for top prize. It seems to me that you and this anti Arsenal chip on your shoulder has being going on for longer than your bet with Craig. Fuck sake. I don't think Wenger has strengthened enough this season. He desperately needed to sign a central midfielder to partner Fabregas but so far has failed to do so. Same old Arsenal this season.

I don't get access to the outside world when I'm up at Tulliallan so I miss out on all the rumours, signing and general bullshit stories that the meeja think up so can the very helpful posters of Gersnetters post what's been happening at our beloved club? I know Cuellar has been sold (gutted!) and I've just found out about Mendes and the young Spanish winger chap. but what else have I missed out on? Thanks.

I bet you weren't saying that on Monday/Tuesday when CC left for Villa. Great signing. Not afraid to shoot and got a bit of creativity in him too. Pity really as WS will play him left back. Is Mendes fully fit or is he just returned from injury? I'm only asking because I know the reputation we have for signing injured players.

First time I've been on the board since our humiliating result on Tuesday night. Walter MUST go, it's as simple as that! He's slowly but surely ruining the team.

The standard of football we play is nothing short of atrocious. We lack movement, creativity, vision and touch. The players we have at our disposal should be able to play to a decent standard of football, after all they are professionals. I know the players are unable to play football to a high standard, I understand that. We'll never be able to play the kind of football the likes of Arsenal, Man Ure, Juve or Liverpool play but WBA play a more attractive game than us. The reason I chucked my season ticket was becuase I thought bringing back WS was a backwards step. How right was I? It's getting to the stage now that if I miss a Rangers game I know I won't be missing much, if anything! It'll be another long, hard (boring) season I feel.

If we're talking Rangers here then what brings the fans to be negative supporting the team is the standard of dross we watch week in week out. I keep harping back to the DA era but when he was in charge we didn't hear much negativity flying about from supporters. During Smiths 1st stint in charge we didn't perform in europe at all with the exception of the 92/93 season but we were dominant domestically because we had the likes of Gazza, Laudrup, Albertz etc etc. We were winning and winning comfortably, these days we mostly win but make things hard for ourselves. The fans are easily influenced so if and it's a big if our performances improve this season maybe our outlook will change. Personally though I very much doubt it. -
