  1. File under onerous contract, pending review.
  2. I shook his hand at the big meeting up the west end hotel. Nice guy and he would be a major asset on our board.
  3. i think this is the boards idea here, giving out enough evidence of their unscrupulous verging on criminal behaviour. Not to mention the massive failings in fiduciary duties to the club. Also the clear bias towards Ashley and Sports Direct, their sacking is warranted for the loaned players alone, before we get to the onerous contracts.
  4. The new board need to be pushing Deloitte's, for a full and frank open answer as to why they resigned.
  5. Doubt it Collin, these fookers are like Wasp's, cut their heads off and the nasty wee c@nts keep stinging.
  6. Great statement from Mr Murray, I'm in and up for the challenge.
  7. Since it conception the new board has been firefighting incendiaries, left by the Ashley regime. all the new board seem do atm, is dampen the fires down and hope they don't ignite into one huge fireball that consumes everything in it's wake. I think everyone knew the old regime were hell bent in causing as much damage as possible to the club, before they were forced out the doors. But the scale of the malicious damage seems to be worse than we could have imagined. I know it's still early doors yet but, but the board need to dig a deep firebreak from the ashes of the old board, rather than just dampening down the embers, which every so often seem to fire up again. One of the first smoldering ash to deal with, is send those injured loan players back to Newcastle, along with their sick notes and an accompanying letter stating 'not fit for purpose'. I don't think there is a court in the land that would agree that the contractual bonus, of £500k for promotion, should we achieve it, Is fair and balanced. Since only one of the loan players has featured in our season so far? I think a one fifth portion only of the £500k, for Vuckik would be anywhere near reasonable. If not tell Ashley and Newcastle we'll see them at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
  8. Ashley is happy for Newcastle just to stay in the EPL, other than that and a wee run in the FA and League cups, no real ambition for that club. It's one large advertisement for Sports Direct and gives him some higher profile, otherwise he would be just a boogieman tale to scare children.
  9. A wee so and so donation made to the Mark Dingwall Fighting Fund.
  10. Least he's not claiming he's got Rangersitis.
  11. Double post.
  12. I thought with the liquidators getting £20mil back from Collyer Bristow the oldco was in credit? Anyway regardless whether they are or not, i don't think they should receive any of the RFFF. Better we use it for something tangible, so the support point to something and say " i help pay for that" maybe towards Ibrox refurbishment?
  13. Sack Liamliar and Leach for gross mismanagement. Take Ashley to the cleaners for running the club by (don't know the technical name ) proxy.
  14. Not if the Orderly's don't take his straitjacket off, he won't.
  15. Looks like he's trying to instil to this team, some of his own style and high standards as a player.
  16. I loved the wee man, very competitive, strong tackler, had great engine , could pass a ball too. In fact everything we seem to be missing at the moment in the team. What's the 1964 in your user name then, if not the year you were born? the Teds won the league cup that year right enough.
  17. Chuck should write a book 'The Fantastical Imaginings Of Charles Green' it would be a best seller. What an imagination.
  18. No other company or business in the world, would allow their competitors or the media and their hirelings. To besmirch, degenerate and downright lie about them. It should have never been allowed to get to the ridiculous situation were liars, bigots and agitators are given free reign to attack our club. It has to stop and stop now. We as supporters have a fund called a "Fighting Fund" about time we used it to fight some of the club's enemies.
  19. Skulduggery of the highest order. Those injured players loan contract should see Liambias and Leach sacked for failing in their fiducial duties imo.
  20. We're ahead of the game here. We might not be outright owners, but someday we will be joint owners imo.
  21. Jig is a just symptom of the teams ills, not the cause.
  22. This is going to be harder than i originally thought, we need to get our fingers out, The club needs to tell us what it wants, there's an army of supporters ready to go to work, not just tradesmen and labourers, but marketing, PR and technology Bears.
  23. This ex-policeman in charge of crowd control that day, finally admitted he gave the order to open the Leppings Lane End gates. To then let the Liverpool fans into the ground, he caused an already serious crushing situation into a deadly crush. Certainly the pens that held in the fans in those days, exacerbated a terrible situation the fans found themselves in. But the overriding factor in the deaths of those Liverpool fans was the decision to open the gates and let in hundreds if not thousands of extra fans into the pens that were never designed to accommodate.
  24. A perfect storm for the club to highlight the Rebel's agenda. The double standards and the negative lies they spin about Rangers.
  25. The club's lawyers or the RST lawyers should nail this fooker for this blatant lie and smear tactic. An open goal and an easy win in the propaganda war for the club mo.
