The sfl 1st division clubs have been simply bribed for their vote on reconstruction. The SPL have taken the SFL's 30 clubs annual settlement money and redistributed in favor of the clubs that will be in their new 1st division structure. The corruption has started before even a vote has been cast.

They are all so far beyond the pale the pale is a wee star in the night sky about a trillion miles away. One thing though there cannot be any way back for any of these people surely, no unless they have a spaceship with warp drive?

Nice to see a Journalist finally admitting'punishment' is only for Rangers, every other club is exempt from any form of rules, regulations and any after effects of breaking those rules.

This has a bit of a way to go yet, due diligence should unearth some potential problems imo. The Sky contract is as yet unseen by anyone other then a select few of the corrupt cabal. Then there is the potential pending legal liabilities with the Harry Hood suing, who will pay the bill to Harper McLeod for the failed attempt to remove our titles. Do the SPL debts and liabilities attach themselves to all 42 clubs now with this merger?

Whyte is going down and to jail, he's trying to take everyone connected to his nefarious dealings with him. It wouldn't surprise me if in the future if the he brokers a deal with the PF and turns Queens evidence. He was never the brains or the brainless behind all this imo.

Typical of the Cabal trying to weigh the new board in favor of the top tiers, but the biggest worry for the SFL clubs must be the SPL potential financial liabilities and any the historical debt that could be diluted between all 42 clubs with the takeover. I hope their lawyers and accountants do a forensic due diligence.

The SFL can survive with two leagues only, why would they give up their position for less money than their lower league members are getting atm? any money for so called redistribution is already their money anyway and most of it will be relcated to the 1ST DIVISION CLUBS. iT'S A GOOD DEAL FOR THE SPL AND 1ST DIVISION CLUBS BUT A BAD DEAL FOR THE LOWER LEAGUE TEAMS.

They are proposing to redistribute the annual £2mil settlement money the SFL already distribute to it's members under the pre-existing agreement. Also they presumably will not have to pay the SFL for the new Sky, BT and the BBC contracts? all this money they are knidly redistributing already belongs to the SFL. What they are really doing is paying (redistributing) the 1sT division clubs some extra revenues for selling out the SFL to the SPL.

I cancelled them both too, but took the Sky sports only part after a big discount offered late in the season. The SFL sold the rights to show our games to the SPL who made the deals with Sky, then BT and BBC with us getting a pittance in return, blackmail it was called at the time.

Working our way back to the top is the honorable thing to do, fast-tracking only benefits the corrupt SPL, they would get a weakened Rangers atm and get our blue pound for free. ESPN are finished and BT are in negotiating new contracts, but Rangers are SFL so the SPL cannot negotiate on behalf of Rangers TV rights i would imagine? SFL are in a good position here, no wonder the SPL are begging for reconstruction.

It was a supposed 'Captain of Industry' who passed us on to a billionaire business turnaround specialist or some bullshit like that, that lead us to where we are. What I am trying to say is anyone with the correct professional people helping them can run a business successfully. I can't do VAT nor PAYE but i have accountants that do it for me, i would call my small business a success.
