Super Cooper's son, Miko will be taking up seat #22. Those who were at the first dinner will remember him as a very polite and well-mannered young man. Please do not embarrass me or SC with any points or questions about the cost, which will be handled offline. Anyone who has any concerns about this please PM me.

Yes I can do that from home, I have all the names on a spreadsheet. However, I don't think it would be appropriate to name non members until I label them on the night; I'll keep them as "guest of x" for the time being, if that's OK?

19/11/2014 Guest of Charltonman BGC £20.00 Balance £394.66 This means that Charltonman is bringing two guests, Frankie is bringing one guest plus two other members of the site and SteveC is also bringing a guest; what about the rest of you guys? Total now up to 21 and a few seats still left but don't leave it too late or you will almost certainly be disappointed. Just 17 days to go.

Mis-read as pre match dinner and drinks rather than pre match and pre-dinner drinks

We can accommodate another two or three inside, after that it may well be outside tables only.

Guests yet to be confirmed; I'll post here in due course (no big mystery and they are not directors of RIFC)

18/11/2014 Charltonman BGC £19.50 Balance £374.66 That's all 20 fully paid now and I know of two others who will be coming. If you want one of the last few seats for yourself or a friend please do not leave it to the last minute as you may well be disappointed.

17/11/2014 FRANKIE GN BGC £40.00 Balance £355.16 That's ian1964 and another guest signed up. So we have 20 confirmed with 19 days to go. We can accommodate another 4 or 5 but I need to know final numbers by the Kilmarnock game on the 30th. So if you're still thinking about coming along or you're already signed up and thinking of bringing a friend please register your interest here and PM me for payment details. If you come along at the last minute you may well be disappointed.

Frankie tells me he has two more guests confirmed, bringing us up to 20. I've been round to see Cristobal and we are confirmed in the Cafe and he has the Special Licence in place. This is going to be a special night, so don't miss out. We can still squeeze in a few more but don't wait to the last minute or you may well be disappointed. Note your interest here and PM me for payment details. Just 21 days to go.

Fan Dies After Stairwell Fall At Celtic Park
BrahimHemdani replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
Very sad to hear, condolences to the family of the deceased. -
Jim has always been courteous and helpful to me in the past, no where more so than in the hell hole of Villarreal.

The external complainant can be heard making her case here. http://mixlr.com/ran...ursday13112014/ You need to scroll to 1 hour 8 minutes and 35 seconds, but once you get there you can sit back and listen and make your own judgement. The call lasts 14 minutes. If you listen carefully you will hear her say that her complaint is about a post between two posts by me, not a post by me on RM. The post in question is #195 on a thread about the RFFF on 11 October. The post quotes from an article on the Sons of Truth forum. The references at the beginning of the article are taken from my post #189 in the same thread. However, it is clear that (a) she is not referring to a post by me and (b) the statement complained off "If the above is not bad enough, it has also been revealed by a poster on this page that there are extremely worrying potential breaches of the Data Protection Act." was not made by me, as the page referered to is a page on Sons of Truth not a page on RM. Furthermore, if I did mention the DPA at an earlier stage, then I was trying to be helpful to this Gail and so far as I can gather this was after the fact of her being abused. I do not know her and I did not reveal her identity, nor do I think I can in any way be held responsible for her misfortune. I did not rake it all up again, my post was well into the second of two threads that were running at that time. Most particularly, I did not make any renewed mention of the DPA, as is clear, this was a poster on SoT.

I thought they meant what they said; obviously I was wrong.

Selling us short a bit aren't you, Juan, £500 barely covers the food YOU consume, never mind the rest of us poor souls. Could you make that two dozen mugs, no pun intended; as hopefully there are few more still to come, starting with the elusive AWB.

A very good point, BD; but not one that over concerns me now

I am unhappy to have to concede that I was naïve about this exercise; I believed the assurances I was given but I was wrong. That said I do wonder if this would have happened on Graham Wallace' watch. For all his well publicised failings, he struck me as a fair and reasonable man. But perhaps I'm naïve about that as well.

I find little that I can argue with in this summation, Craig. For the record, FS PM'd me a personal assurance that he was not one of the complainants and I am happy to accept his word for that. It is blatantly obvious that if you do not toe the line as colleagues or the Club see it you will removed. Therefore, as someone who has never been known for toeing the party line (despite alleged sympathies for the Board) - WHY has always been one of the first words in my vocabulary - I agree that I am better off out of it. If I cannot ask what I want and what others ask me to pursue and post information that is not confidential at the time I post it but is then held to be so retrospectively, even where it is public knowledge as with the RFFF, then there is no point in being there.

I resigned from the RST, the reasons are well known and have been published in full. I also resigned from SD(S) having failed (with 5 of my colleagues) to take the Scottish organisation independent; my position was untenable. Five out of the six Scottish Council members resigned at the same time for the same reason. As I was on the UK Board I had no option but to resign from that as well. There are no parallels with being removed from the RFB.
