  1. Did I not read that both the Messrs Easdale emerged from Ibrox together after the Board meeting last Thursday night. Of course this may mean nothing at all and certainly is not evidence that Mr Alexander Easdale was at the plc Board's meeting; but could it be that Mr Alexander Easdale was "invited" to attend the plc Board's meeting and if so is this a regular occurrence; and if that is so at what point does "invited" end and de facto begin?
  2. How long has this been in the planning? Some might say it would be difficult for the waters to be any muddier than they are at the moment.
  3. If you do, why not share the info with us.
  4. Well done to Mr Paterson, he'll be rivalling D'Artagnan soon at this rate. I feel a scoop for Gersnet coming on.
  5. I understand that I just think it might have been better than turning up unannounced.
  6. Even if the Company can legitimately ask or compel confidentiality (and I certainly wouldn't sign to that effect absent a requirement in the Companies Act) I doubt it's realistic to expect the info to remain secret for very long. Might be best just to publish on the Club's web site, openness and all that.
  7. Absolutely right.
  8. Why would that amaze you, Mr Bearger? As a Rangers fan surely I and others are entitled to be concerned about the vehicle (so far a limited company not a trust) that Mr King intends to use to park fans ST monies and the use he intends to make of such monies?
  9. I am in 100% agreement with Mr Paterson's actions but I did say at the outset that whether required or not it would be best to make an appointment to view the docs (if for no other reason than avoiding a long unnecessary trip, in the vent of unlawful refusal) and I also suggested that it was unlikely that he would be allowed to copy the same. Whether he would be free to disclose the contents is a very interesting question. Do we know if the docs have now been seen?
  10. Possibly Aug or Sep, Christmas/New Year or end of next season; or even all three. I'll put up a new poll once we see the fixtures. Some are still getting over this one.
  11. I would think that MMS will remain as the Company Secretary but I am sure you are correct about the two Vindex companies which are only vehicles although they are still listed at the moment. There is no way that the Board of Rangers will grant security to a company owned by Mr King unless Kamehameha the Great and his merry men are standing there with their long spears ready to push them off the Pali's cliff. And the fans are being or will be asked to give their money to Mr King in return for what exactly?
  12. Don't start me off; it's too late at night.
  13. With the salaries and bonuses we pay; maybe we could afford him. After all he'll be looking for a new challenge next season.
  14. With respect Andy, no it isn't. A company has been formed with the directors aforementioned and it has been reported that this company is to be the vehicle for those who choose to park their ST money. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/u/dave-king-launches-new-company-in-rangers-control-bid.1398337126
  15. That'll be a very strange company indeed then, one shareholder one vote? And how many shares do you expect Messrs King and Gough to own?
  16. Perhaps so but that doesn't make it a trust or anything like a trust and who do you think will have most of the shares?
  17. What trust is that GS?
  18. Not guys; the 3 companies listed.
  19. Not at all as things stand, they are directors of a limited company, so they are only accountable to the shareholders of that company.
  20. It's not a trust (at least it's not a trust at the moment) it's a limited company IBROX 1972 LIMITED with 5 directors: Maclay, Murray and Spens have been the Company Secretary since 16/3/2014 Vindex Ltd and Vindex Services Ltd have been directors since 16/03/2014. Vindex Services is a dormant company with 59 directors. Mr David Cunningham King was appointed on 16/04/2014 and Mr Mr Charles Richard Gough was appointed on 24/04/2014.
  21. Back to the statement for a fleeting moment since it's no contest in Munich; King says: but the Review actually says: So a question to Mr King: In what way does "a top two finish and the ability to challenge for the title" not equate to competing with Celtic? And a question for Gersneters: Apart from the dreaded split infinitive; does anyone hereabouts seriously think it's realistic to expect Rangers to compete with Celtic in our first season back in the SPL?
  22. I can recognise a high level of intelligence when I see it GS even if we don't agree most of the time; that's why I am surprised at what I view as some quite flippant responses on this thread, not your usual style at all.
  23. I think Wallace was asked that in the interview and he said they had no difficulty paying the April wages. I'm sure, in the present climate if they had not been paid we'd have heard about it in a nano second.
