No question any manager should be getting better out what we have. The squad has all sorts of imbalances though and they are long standing. Unacceptably longstanding.

the captain is a nonsense title It's just someone to toss a coin. it should always be our longest serving player on the park at any given time. if we have players who need a captain to motivate them we should punt them.
