    I'd only worry about him in Old Firm games, he does have a tendency to produce goals when it matters.

    I was only young, I never understood the flak he got.. but I do remember in my local Rangers club a guy saying "we paid £12m for a 6ft3' striker to score goals with his head.. 12 goals so far not 1 header." Apparently that was enough to make him a flop.

    Sometimes it's not just about form, but fitness & game time. Whitty might not be playing the best for us this season, but he is match fit & is getting games. Game time brings sharpness & confidence.

    Naismith & Lafferty are young, versatile & hungry. We would cope without Jelavic, but I do think he is an important player for us. Like Allan says though, if we sold him with enough time to replace him I wouldn't complain too much. Unfortunately for us we have been a stepping stone for a long long time now.

    I hope so. This country needs a major finals. We do have a tendency to up our game against the big guns. I seriously hope that Levein sets the team up to go out & look to put ourselves in the finals rather than hope the Czech's mess it up.

    Not in the article above it's not. It is something I would expect him to say though, especially after the Man U rumour that he started himself. It could have been a typo too. Either way, he was right. But these comments should be kept for post season to avoid egg-on-face.

    Could be paper mis-quoting.. the comment "we just destroyed them" was not enclosed in quotations. This suggests to me it was just added. Take this into consideration "& what he said isn't cocky at all.

    I was thinking the same.. I thought the review was only for incidents that the referee missed. This one he saw, interpreted & dealt with. Would this mean that if the ref gave a penalty & the review deemed it a dive, would the penalty be revoked?
