  1. I wouldn't actually grudge it anyway...if it WAS funded by the taxpayer. Wasn't the Papal visit a cost to the tax payer?
  2. the level of debt with the bank wasn't a HUGE issue. the issue was the bank themselves recalling anything risky (imo).
  3. LOL A boat that is never used most certainly is!
  4. I do understand but lets be grateful that Gideon or whoever it was didn't get his way with the £60million sodding boat he wanted to build, which would have ended up costing £600mil no doubt!
  5. I was going more for 'fuck off' but i suppose no works well enough
  6. What are we supposed to do? Do nothing? I understand people who don't do the bended knee stuff. But to think the Queen does nothing is beyond absurd. She's 86 years old ffs and still works as hard as many of us. She has been Queen for 60 years! None of us will see that again in our lifetime, Charlie isn't going to be King that long! It's an achievement, it's worth celebrating. I'm not even a Royalist btw or a staunch fan of the monarchy. The Royal Family costs about £4.50 per year, per tax payer. The Queen is like 60p or something. I begrudged the Papal visit as he is NOT our Head of State among other things. I don't begrudge a party to celebrate achievement.
  7. Well I hope it hurries up. I can't be doing this!
  8. show's their mentality off nicely. I sincerely hope that is the reason! The rhecord would HAVE to have a field day with it, they hate SNP & love Labour and the Union LOL
  9. Arsenal & Southampton
  10. So they use racism as a way to get back at him...my what forward thinking fans. I also saw the tweets. Disgusting.
  11. And they wonder why there are legal challenges...?
  12. Is Celtic being booted out of the Champs League meant to make us feel bad? Surely that would be a wee Brucie bonus... Seriously though, how nuts are the media just now.
  13. The most intriguing thing is everyone screaming how we MUST BE PUNISHED! We're not suggesting otherwise, we'd just like it to be fair. Yet is it our fault their rules have failed them YET AGAIN? Surely the people who should be looked at the most is the SFA. They show themselves to be completely incompetent time & again, but it's still our fault of course that they can't run their own game effectively.
  14. obviously not, but he also gets shares & owns the assets which D&P valued at £115 mil. Hardly "nothing".
  15. Except we will pay more than £1 million a year back to him...of course fans will end paying. Whyte bought the company with a loan against season tickets. Green buys the company with a loan against Rangers as a whole and becomes secured creditor. He's almost went one better than Whyte by ensuring he has the floating charge/secured creditor status for definite.
  16. show more of quote please, I missed that bit
  17. I agree, was just responding to your 'why would they vote against it' comment. Especially if we lose against Collyer Bristow & EBT case.
  18. Yes but HMRC could want us wound up as a company to make a point. That's the issue. They've done it before.
  19. Well he also gains all the shares. So he/his group own the club, all the assets and used their cash as a loan which we have to pay back. Genuinely, I think we'll be liquidated. Ticketus & HMRC are owed just shy of £50mil between them. And the pot will be 5mil (less really after supervisors). If people think we robbed tax before, if this goes through we've robbed them again.
  20. It's quite common actually, not saying I like it, but happens a lot. Also makes him secured creditor.
  21. Yeah sounds like a director loan which he will drawn down a salary from (tax free) until 2020. Which gives him an almost what 1mil salary a year tax free? nice.
  22. What a fab thing to do!
