  1. Green is probably on half of it anyway so ofcourse he would help his "paki friend" out.
  2. Not when it's inasane. What we have managed to conjure up is a DESPERATE price.
  3. Hope you are right DB.
  4. Ally "Lee Wallace will remain a Rangers player unless someone meets the clubs valuation". I'm sorry Ally but that is not what you should be saying here, how about: "Lee Wallace is one of the clubs best players and we discourage any bids for the player, I spoke to him yesterday and he loves it here and the fans love him" Or he could have said: "only a riduculous offer would tempt the club to sell" but we shot ourselves with that one and our quite scandalous £1.4M valuation. Transfer windows used to be exciting for us, who will we sign, will we sign anyone. Now it's all about will we lose our best players. Building for the future? Hmmmm
  5. This is an interesting one for me. The Forfar game i have no doubt that SS saved us 2 points. Had that gone in it was a stone wall 1-1 draw. But the fact we are so far in front made it almost irrelevant. Roll forward to next season and lets say Bell takes a bad one and is ruled out for 6 months. Can we afford to throw in a youngster with little experience? We probably could but it would be more of a risk. That save was special though. Not as good as the Goalie's against PVH but it was still top drawer.
  6. I'd be gutted losing Wallace but he is without doubt an EPL player if he was to go. Forest FFS. Our best player is being hounded by Forest, shows how far we still have to come to get back to the top.
  7. Now this I find really interesting. Surely the board are aware also then. What would it cost them to hire (no laughing at the back) an IT guru who could take a look under the bonnet and see if our firewalls are bullet proof.
  8. I agree however doing it in public do you think the board will come out and say, good idea Dave we'll run with that? He is basically saying I'm here, and I have cash, come and ask me. IMO. Although the Easdales have already turned him away once ...........
  9. At least that should put to bed the comments everytime some shares get sold ....... "why is King not buying these shares". He's said it time and time again, he will not line the pockets of investors and will only put money straight into the club.
  10. I don't know who is behind these and I'm not sure if anyone does at present. But does anyone have a hunch that toxic Jack is involved in them? May be wild, and I know a lot of it would go against what he is trying to protect but he may be playing a double bluff. Any other suggestions? As said mine is just a hunch. What is clear though, is that the club don't seem to be doing much about it, or anyone for that matter.
  11. What did he actually say?
  12. The way I see it, King came all the way over with a sack full of cash and was turned away at the door. That isn't his fault. Let's ask the Easdale's why they turned him away shall we .................
  13. The power of Sky plus the power of the Fraudster more like.
  14. So a years worth of hotel and subsistence costs for probably 25 staff ........................ or just a one off bonus to Stockbridge. I know what's better value. (PS I know he's returned it and may not be £200k but I'm sure wasn't far off)
  15. Yes we need fresh investment but surely we need to stop the ship from sinking before anyone will want to invest. I think that is what he is saying. Even getting us treading water is a good benchmark. I think then we can start seeking investment.
  16. I view this treatment as one of the perks that come with playing for Rangers. No matter what league we are in, the lower leagues won't last long. A few grand on a hotel isn't the downfall of our current problems so why do folk feel intent on keep talking about a poxy hotel FFS. Yes lets cut out the hotels and we'll buy a second hand transit to take the squad to games .................... meanwhile the directors are still pushing cash left right and centre into dark alleys.
  17. Why? It's how we have always prepared. And quite frankly it's been a winning preparation for most of the time. We have a structure in place how the club prepares for match days and functions. Leave that alone. Guess you would be going nuts if we changed our strips at half time during a wash out such is the cost of dry cleaning these days? Fine lines ............. but this one is pathetic.
  18. KJ should have asked him what our FD does on a day to day basis. He should also have asked him if our 'consultancy PR' is money well spent. "Every pound" and all that ..............
  19. Then you are two injuries away from scraping the barrell IMO.
  20. Your opinion on their ability doesnt matter for the point I am getting at. Having only missed one game you will be aware that both are guaranteed starters. So I will ask again. Who would you replace them with?
  21. Wishful thinking perhaps. I hope you are right though.
  22. Regardless of your opinion then they are two guaranteed starters. So who you would replace them with?
  23. You want rid of Black and Daly? I take it you haven't watched us all season then.
  24. I must admit, I didn't buy into the whole fundraising side, the nights at the Louden/Walkabout etc as I would assume he made decent money from Rangers. And I also didn't think he cared about the club when he left. Plus as a player I wasn't a huge fan bar one season when he played well. Having said that ............... that video almost brought me to tears. Just purely as a man it's clear to see how emotional Fernando is and what the support means to him. And as a father it really does eat me up what he's having to go through in front of his young daughter. I hope what time he has left fills his heart with joy and his little daughter and wife with good memories. God bless you Fernando.
