  1. I know where your coming from but I think the Allan saga showed hibs fear and frankly we should not be afraid of anything that scum do..
  2. Would be very interested to see our wage bill after all the summers ins and outs. I have no idea if it's + or - on last year
  3. I understood your post perfectly well. You say entertainment is about winning and entertainers are probably not winners. Personally I was bored shit less with the Walter Smith then ally crap that was served up even when we were successful. I want to win and be entertained.
  4. Oh dear. Why can't we have winners that entertain. We all drool at Messi magic on the telly but dare a young British player try it then they are cocky arrogant etc. I would like to think the late great DavieCooper would say that's a nonsense. I remember a buzz whenever he got on the ball whether anything happened it was the anticipation of greatness. Warburton is creating that same buzz of expectation and if I'm not wrong I think he is setting out to entertain and win so you best get used to it
  5. You are dead right. We WILL have some hiccups along the way but we have to "keep the heid"
  6. Absolutely brilliant D'. That quote from field of dreams has been whispered On my lips a few times since last Sunday and many times during last night's game
  7. He should have been sacked he was a woeful manager. If he returns the millions he sucked out of our club when he spills the beans in November then I might actually give a fuck about his opinion. P's he seems to have taken to the role of gardener with the sloppy look.
  8. Not if you swallow the latest attempt by Walter today to excuse Ally and Kenny. It was horrific and old Wattie is in danger or ruining his reputation to defend the charlatan.
  9. Here's a great example of selective reporting. Does anyone believe that if a Rangers player spat at a Peterhead player on sunday and received a two match ban it would not have been the big talking point of the week. As it is Peterhead have just put it on their Facebook page. That's the only place I can find it....
  10. Obsessing about the results in u20 games is futile. Preparing individuals good enough to play in first team is not necessarily results driven.
  11. Tickets bought for Sunday, first for about two and a half years. Looking forward to this. Pity it's my "home" team that will likely get a doing tho..
  12. What's the chances he drives a beemer or something else with run flats?
  13. A Woods or a Goran would cost in the region if 6-10 million in today's market. Please explain what relevance that reference counts for Rangers in 2015????
  14. Kilmarnock are trying to sign Lee McCulloch and Kris Boyd with the former Scotland internationals being out of contract with Rangers. Manager Gary Locke wants defender McCulloch as his assistant manager but says the 37-year-old is still hoping for a new contract at Ibrox. "I've had tentative talks with Lee, but it's not gone any further than that," Locke told BBC Scotland. "He would give me a playing and a coaching option." McCulloch was Rangers' captain and was integral to their defence as they won League Two, League One and then missed out on promotion to the Premiership this season. But new Rangers manager Mark Warburton has already signed Danny Wilson and Rob Kiernan to bolster his back four. Kilmarnock manager Gary Locke Gary Locke is looking for an assistant manager at Kilmarnock "He is waiting to see what happens at Rangers before making any decision," stressed Lock. "If they make him an offer, I suspect he'll stay there." Boyd scored 10 goals in 43 appearances in his second spell at Ibrox after ending his second term with Kilmarnock. However, the 31-year-old fell out of favour at the end of the season under Stuart McCall. "It's no secret that I am looking for a striker and I've been keen on Kris for some time," said Locke. "We start back training on Monday and I would like to add to the squad as soon as possible. "I am also looking at striker from England who I have looked at several times and who could do a job for us." Please tell me that jig is just a deluded arsehole.. surely Warburton would not make a mistake of that magnitude
  15. I think you just summed up what most of us thought when we first heard about him at the weekend. Just what we need for the short term to get the team gelled. Because of the car crash that has been the last three years unfortunately MW is starting from scratch oh yes in the championship.
  16. Difference for me is that mw appears to know what he islooking for and will target players that will fit his system unlike previous incumbents who just collected players then tried to figure out how to fit them all in. Eustace being a good example of this. Folks just looking at his age but warburton will see him as the glue to hold the team together
  17. If we are going with a relatively young centreback pairing and some young blood in midfield an experienced holding mid is exactly what we need. I presume they have done their homework and are buying in a ready made leader , something we have lacked for years, on the pitch.. typical of our supports mentality if its naw a big name we dinnae want him..
  18. pretty sure they make a 3 or 4 year commitment on the SFA schooling part (they certainly were offering that at the Aberdeen based school a couple of years ago) but your place at the pro youth team you are associated with is not gauranteed.
  19. Phew if he can play half as good as this noel king can talk we have megastar on our hands..lol
  20. Well said. There comes a point in time we are going to have to stop putting everyone associated with rangers under the microscope and trust them to get on with their jobs.
  21. Basile boli playing right mid in a euro tie was a sight to see.
  22. The really good news for trublu and his ilk is that Warburton just strikes you as the kinda that will give a fuck who a player's daddy supports or what school he went to. Thankfully that will be way up his list of priorities rather than their ambition and ability. Welcome to knuckle draggers r us....
