Referring to about what? Being animals? It's not exclusive to directors.

Disgusting behaviour by the club, if true.

You call that a chance? The same excuses that pardoned Allys, Jigs, Alexanders, Sandazas, Kyles and all those experienced players ineptness must surely be applicable to the kids too, even more so in actual fact given that they are the apprentices and inexperienced ones who needed help and guidance and got none. McCoist went out and got Law and Daly etc because he only knows one way to manage. Buy, buy, buy, or in his case then, sign, sign, sign. In all his years at Rangers and even Kilmarnock if the club needed players, they didn't promote from within, they went out and signed a new guy. As asst to Walter in 4 years the management team made 45, yes 45 signings. We can only play 11. In his first year as manager he inherited a squad of around 30 players who had just come of the back of a glorious double, he went onto sign 9 more players, with only 2 making any sort of impact. As soon as the embargo was up we had him in the press talking about making more signings in January. It's all he knows. Last year our kids were fed to the dogs because the manager didn't know what to do with them.

That is me being kind. If i was to be brutally honest i would most likely be banned. It's my opinion we need to starve them of cash, you disagree. There will be no compromise. If it is to be another admin event then the sooner the better.

What is then? Feeding these animals with more money?

The playing talent was and is there.

Gangsters, thieves, liars, crooks and now grasses. God our club is in a right mess.
-
Perhaps they need an offer they can't refuse?

He said he had never heard of either of them and included Sir David Murray too, as well as not knowing what any of them look like. 3 of the most prominent men in British news, certainly sports news, over the last 2-5 years. Man's a liar.

Which will only widen the gap between ourselves and Celtic further. How do we make up that £5m per year difference?

Outstanding post TinMan.

He could have won many fans over if he came out and said he wanted to win with the clubs future, youth. Said he wanted to teach these kids how to play the Rangers way. Said he wanted to give them the experience they will need to be Rangers greats. Said he wanted our kids to develop under him and become legends under his watch. But he never, he went out and signed the likes of Jon Daly, Kevin Kyle and Fran Sandaza, played experience and reputation over youth even out of position, played 4-5-1 and watched as our players persisted with the aimless long ball. I know what vision i prefer.

So was Sandaza and Kyle. Having SPL experience means nothing. We need players who are going to challenge Celtic, not go through the motions playing for a Motherwell or Hibs. Perry is diabolical and a coward and Hutton is just not good enough. In my opinion our current first team and wider squad is not one capable of competing in the SPL but right now that is not our problem. As for next year in the Championship, it may have a few big clubs but they are not good teams, Hearts will be there too but they are Heart of Midlothian in name only, not standard. They are dreadful and have no money to improve so will likely only get worse. The players we are going to need long term will not come to Rangers right now nor cna we afford them. We should have had a strong core of youth taking us through the leagues whilst saving money for when we will really need it. Frankly paying guys like Black and Templeton thousand of pounds per week to win part time leagues is scandalous.

Barry Ferguson: It's time to forget the regime........
Super Cooper replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
F*ck off Barry, your opinion means nothing to me. Another one who milked millions upon millions from us but was posted missing when our club needed help. -
Somers the guy who said he doesn't know who hired him?
-
That doesn't really instill much confidence in Allys ability to manage to be honest mate. I agree about the cost cutting.
-
Next to none of these players will be any use to us in the top tier. As for staff, i can't see many if any being paid off tbh.

Yes mate

We don't have time to have an "interesting" couple of years, Celics are racking up the titles. We need a plan, last year, and we need it in action, yesterday. The next year is vital to how we are going to shape up in 18 months time. On and off the park.
-
There is no point hiring just for the sake of hiring. If we are to start a scouting network, it has be of a certain quality. Someone with experience in the field and a proven track record. That Rangers fan Celtic have is pretty good, go get him! If we are going to do it, do it right!

Releasing Hutton, Perry, Cribari and Hegarty would save us £1m per year. 4 passengers who won't be missed. Wallace and McCulloch together would save us just over £1m per year too. 2 key players but not really needed for this level or the next and after that one will be done anyway. Then there is the annual £10m NON PLAYING STAFF WAGE BILL, which must and i stress must, be cut. The managers salary of £833k which needs at least halved will save us around £416k per year. There are costs which can be cut everywhere without heavily affecting the first team. Get it done Wallace.
