We should sign Boyd and McKay in January.
-
No they wouldn't. You know it and i know it.
-
But they haven't proven anything of the sort.
-
No they haven't. They were passengers in a very strong team. Little especially was out of his depth at that level. The fact you drag up the Man U game to backup any opinion of Hutton is laughable. One good game in around 60 proves he isn't good enough.
-
You say decimated i say strengthened. There is an exceptional bunch of kids bursting to come through. All 11 i named will be no use in the top tier so i don't see the point paying them for 2 further years only for the inevitable payoff or release to happen. Get rid now, we have two easy promotions coming up and save some money for when we will really need it.
-
McCulloch is just about finished. Hutton and Little are mediocre. Mitchell and Hegarty even worse. Those 5 will never take us forward.
-
Simonsen, Foster, Smith, Mitchell, Hegarty, Cribari, Perry, Hutton, Shiels, Peralta, Little, McCulloch. There is more than a full team we do not need. Totally what? £50k to £60k per week? Around £2.6m to £3m per year. Get rid of those and it would still leave us a more than good enough team to win this league, win the next one, win the Ramsdens this year and next and achieve the goal of successive promotions and SPFL football as soon as possible. Then we can start to build the team we will need. Wallace has done nothing but preach about youth development and giving more kids a chance, well do it. The fans want to see our kids, i am desperate to see the likes of Murdoch, Mckay again, Stoney, Dykes, Walsh etc etc all play for Rangers. If Ally and his pals are unwilling or unable to do it then get people who can and who are willing.
-
If Toxic, or anyone at Rangers for that matter, had our best interests at heart they would do similar. Stories about Waldo being Premiership class, links to here, there and everywhere and values way in excess of reality but we have no interest in selling. But we don't. Transfer market wise, as a club, we are completely clueless and have been for going on 20 years.

Goodness. Well that's not good. Under what circumstances Steve?

Paul McGowan - attacked two police officers

Republicans looking after each other, there is far too much of that in Scotland these days. -
I am not so sure, when i used to read the Record many moons ago before my brain developed, my favourite bit was the hotline reading what other fans had to say. I have no interest in what the Barry Fergusons or Alex McLeishs have to say about our club. They don't stand shoulder to shoulder with me supporting my club through thick and thin.
-
If this board are unwilling to plough money into the club then we will never compete with Celtic. Rangers living within it's means is a £40m per year annual turnover with a maximum £15m-£20m wage bill. We don't have the football infrastructure to compete with Celtic with those kind of figures.

A great player for one of our fiercest rivals. We all speak as fans, why not ask us, the people who have put thousands and thousands of our hard earned money into the club?

Because these people are a protected species on these shores. -
Spat my coffee out there. Wonderful reply mate!

For me, the last few statements from Somers have been worse than seeing someone drunk on camera.
-
As we persist with an ageing striker at centre half and have no cover for clark or daly up front. I hope they do the business. Best of luck to them.
-
That's not going to happen mate, c'mon.
-
Aye and it won't just be the spivs raping us, it will be the Aberdeens, Celtics and Dundee Utds too.
-
Given that we don't have a £35m wage bill, we don't have any debt and no tax case hanging over us anymore i would take that chance in a minute if it meant getting rid of this lot. You are assuming i do. I don't.
-
Really? Hard life being a fan of the worlds most successful club, eh? They should try supporting a club with no ambition, with no expectations, with no trophies to their name. You may not have, i would welcome it as a necessary evil if it meant ridding our club of these people. Everyone is different. Scrutinising on forums is easy, the hard bit is not supporting our club.

We will see on Boxing Day. His p*sh about the red cards is embarrassing. This man is a joke.
