One has to wonder why is everyone running from their kooshy jobs at the SFA?
-
Lol. Why is it strange? It's a time of year where tens of thousands of people come out in support of their respective organisations and many happen to wear Rangers tops. Most actually. It's marching season, get the flutes oot! There won't be a red and black top seen anywhere under the bridge, at the green or at the toll. I guarantee there will be thousands of blue and red ones though.

Rangers v Hearts on first game of season

Tynecastle. -
I doubt anyone will wear these in public, maybe at 5's at a push but certainly not to anything like Orange Walks or actual matches.

Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours
Super Cooper replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
If he's waiting on Ally he will be waiting all summer. If it's a choice of Boyd or McCoist then Kris wins hands down. -
Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours
Super Cooper replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
Anthony Joseph @EEAnthonyJoseph Rangers expected to pull out of the race to sign Kris Boyd. Dons, Dundee United and Nimes chasing his signature. Also hearing Rangers were never actually in the race, there has been no contact between club and player. Scandalous dereliction of duty from McCoist. -
I'm doing my bit as best I can mate. My sons strip for instance, if you can prove to me our club don't make any money from it I will take it straight back to them tmrw morning. It cost around £70. How much of that will the club get compared to what we got from JJB?
-
I've just shelled out around £300 in the club shop this week, that's not what you do when you are boycotting.
-
You're boycotting, explain it how you please mate, the club does not have your money because you refuse to give them it.

Gersnet Prediction League - World Cup Brazil 2014

3 correct scores in the last 3 matches. Shooting upto 5th in the table. -
I didn't notice the others.
-
There is no comparison sadly. I ain't boycotting our club.
-
A handful of posts and that's your patter insulting a well distinguished member and a good friend of the forum. Then there is your hard on with me too. You are trying too hard.
-
You know i didn't renew. Sadly your attempt to be clever and catch me out merely highlights your ignorance and inability to read. My reasons for not renewing are well documented and it's nothing to do with the board. I ain't sitting here calling the board for all sorts, boycotting this and that, demanding this, telling them that, protesting here, there and everywhere, marching here and there. Incidentally i used the money i had for our season books and spent it all in the club shop the other day. I ain't boycotting our club, i simply couldn't.
-
Maybe those boycotting because of the board could start supporting the club? 21000 missing renewals. That's £6m the club, Ally and our staff could really be doing with.
-
What happens in 6 weeks mate?
-
Not nearly as tedious as the constant calls for boycotts, protests, meetings, the berating of the board at every chance, the mudslinging..........one could be forgiven for thinking the rebels were actually enjoying starving the club of much needed revenue. How else do you think the board will give up power? Another fans group? Another meeting? Money is the only way out. Perhaps the rebels don't like hearing that because they don't actually have any?
-
But we know that would be a lie, it's Opus Dei of course.
-
Fan pressure isn't working, PR releases ain't working. Idle threats ain't working. Creating more groups ain't working. Boycotting ain't working. Talking ain't working. Protesting ain't working. There is only one thing that is going to work and that is money. If the rebels have no desire to part with enough money to get "their" club back then all the mud slinging at the board is doing is prolonging the agony and actually doing more harm than good.

Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours
Super Cooper replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
It's no secret on the west coast Ally and him do not get on. Boyd has been telling friends and family he won't play for Rangers again whilst Ally is in charge and that is not Kris' choice, it's the managers. If we dingy him again this will be the umpteenth time Ally has put himself and his own feelings before the good of the club. That is not good enough. -

Not ashamed to admit i actively despise our manager. -
I remember him making an art of runs into the box getting on the end of 1 2's and flick ons around that time but it's also cemented firmly into my head how poor his shooting was. Brahim Hemdani also passed the ball backwards and sideways and he was lauded for it, i loved him. He was a class act. There was just something about Ma Baw i didn't like, aside from his disgusting attitude and I am Mr Rangers arrogance. Maybe i just expected more from him after his one and only good season in 02/03. I ain't a fan of looking at pass completion ratios tbh, anyone can pass a ball 3 or 4 yards to a team mate. Well, almost anyone! I'm of course thinking of Seb Faure and Ricky Foster! Lol. I prefer contribution, like his 02/03 season where he was brilliant in a very good team it has to be said.
-
Fergusons shooting was very very poor. Could count on one hand how many times he hit the target from outside the box in his whole career. His array of passing was also limited imo but he did have nice technique, i do give you that. His nicknames were the Crab, Ma Baw, Barry Backwards, Ned, i think they were accurate mate. The best he could do was a transfer to a mid table English club under a guy who regularly done our club favours. Lambert went onto win a European cup and run riot in the Bundesliga with one of Europes biggest clubs, also captaining one of Celtics best sides of recent times. There is absolutely no comparison to be had there. All in all i believe he was vastly overrated by some yet underrated by others. Certainly not a legend though.
