  1. It's not just a financial penalty. It's a big inconvenience to supporters.
  2. I think the punishment should fit the crime. A sporting penalty would be wrong. Closed door matches makes much more sense.
  3. The Hibernian fans would have left.
  4. Not sure about that. A significant number of closed door matches at Easter Road next season would probably be appropriate.
  5. I'm not sure what the justification could be for running onto the pitch. In terms of the entirely predictable events to follow you would be pretty dim witted to run on to the pitch to confront the Hibernian fans.
  6. At Motherwell, and today, I got out as quickly as possible when I noticed fans running onto the pitch. I can be quite difficult though. Lots of Rangers supporters like to stop on the stairs and watch. Not sure why people want to do that.
  7. https://twitter.com/PeterAdamSmith/status/734058050965917696 Lee Wallace attacked apparently . . .
  8. That was not good enough. Hibernian deserved their victory. Tavernier was particularly poor defensively but did make a decent contribution in attack. I've thought for a while that Warburton must be looking for an alternative at right back.
  9. Not too bothered about the result here. I am getting a bit fed up going to Falkirk though.
  10. Peter Hitchens mentions the BBC in his column today. Worth paying attention to the section highlighted at the bottom. http://hitchensblog.mailonsunday.co.uk/2016/05/lefties-are-spot-on-their-precious-bbc-is-at-risk-it-may-have-to-lose-its-bias.html
  11. Also heard this on the radio. This is a surprise given the emphasis that Warburton has put on finding the right characters to fit in to the team. Presumably Warburton knows something that we don't.
  12. Hibernian could be stuck in that division for quite some time.
  13. We will need consistent good performances to win the league next year. Will Warburton buy new defenders or persevere with these two?
  14. The interesting comparison is Neilson v Warburton, not Warburton v McCoist.
  15. Why bring this here?
  16. Any chance that we can use the Fighting Fund to buy Dundee United?
  17. This is now a Mourinho thread . . .
  18. What's the just price of a loaf, but?
  19. Great news! First shot on target apparently, Hibernian will be sick if it remains like this.
  20. Taking a glance at the live text/match stats on the BBC. Looks like one way traffic at the moment.
  21. What did Neilson do to collect more points than Warburton?
  22. Perhaps broadcasters can distinguish a good investment from a bad one . . .
