I think that rule changes like this are a big factor. Expect to see Rangers and Celtic winning almost every match against the rest for the forseeable future. If we want a competitive league then we need rule changes that hinder clubs with large budgets. Three substitutions would be a start. Restriction of player loans and exclusion of youth teams from lower leagues should both follow.
