I think it's safe to say that Mr Barton is tuned to the moon and the sooner he departs and the club and fans move on and focus on the task at hand the better.

You would think after all these years of both teams having toilets trashed they would place either stewards or plod in the toilets to make sure no damage is done. And also you would have thought that any vile banners/effigy's would be removed by the stewards and police as soon as they are shown it's not rocket science.

Granted we would all have liked to see the start of the season arrive with Rangers hitting teams for 4-5 goals and announcing our arrival back in the top tier every bear would have loved that. But the thing is I believe we are going to get better and we will see soon the managers preferred starting line up and a fully fit squad to choose from.

Thats easier said than done the club is still stabilising in many respects we need to walk before we can run.

I think Senderos will be a good addition to our squad if it happens as would have been Lescott but I wish all parties would have sung from the same hymn sheet regarding statements when the deal was off its just give the media a free reign to make up shit.

Fair enough but I am gonna give them until the end of the season because thats when I'll judge MW&DW and his squad.

I think a lot of the comments about our defence are valid and although after one game there will be the usual rush to press the panic button by some but I am sure the players/management know that it isn't good enough.

Thats what these nuggets need this is the last throw of the dice for them before budgets get reduced and key/promising players look for an exit.

Bingo that's the first thing any sane person would have done was to use their phone and video the alleged objects being thrown and the lack of action from the police sounds like another made up smear story.
