Couple of cracking goals yesterday and some really encouraging signs going forward. I thought both full backs looked a little suspect especially in the first half. We were outclassed a little bit but at 2-0 at the start of the2nd half we probably should have taken one of our chances and at 2-1, with all the subs being made you never know what could've happened. On another note what did slightly annoy me was the fact we only made 3 subs. Why not make the 6 that we are allowed. Mendes Boogie and Weir all played the full 90 minutes on both days. Mendes looked shattered by the end. We can't expect Weir to play every minute of pre season and then 50 odd games in a season - same goes for Boogie and then you look and see we basically have NO COVER. So surely therefore take one of them off and rest them Walter????? No doubt the 3 already mentioned plus Davis is another will play the FULL 90 against City on Wednesday also:(
