Clash of heads, the Rangers player goes down, Referee does nothing; the Dundee player goes down, Referee stops play, when we had possession. I'm perhaps seeing what I want to see.

I've changed my mind: I think Jack and Rossiter are playing as double 6's in a 4-2-3-1. Jack perhaps has slightly more license to step forward, though. The front 4 are very fluid, which is nice.

That free-kick was from Halliday was quite impressive. It's right on the line of the 18 yard-box, so it's very difficult to get that up and down. He smashes it, into the 'keeper's side.

Quite an attacking line-up. I expect us to score a few goals. I also expect Kenny Miller to score because... you know.

I think Tavernier is one of our best players, and is the obvious candidate -- in a group that has very few. McGregor is a captain already; he just doesn't need the armband. We need more 'captains' all over the pitch, which I think is coming through Gerrard's influence. I think Jack should be stepping up, as he was captain at Aberdeen. Arfield is becoming a leader too, and Halliday is always around. It's difficult because most are new or on loan. I think 'captains' will emerge when we get a settled squad, of quality.

I have no complaints about the Morelos sending off, other than thinking the first yellow was very soft. However, I did think the Referee was poor, and played into their hands; he blew the whistle after every little niggle, and took half and hour to start the game again. We were poor, though, and didn't deserve anything from the game. This team never miss an opportunity to burst our bubble...

We don't play with a 10. We generally play with two 8s, like Ejaria and Arfield; players that can break the lines and pass. Those two are good, but outwith them it's more defensive. Coulibaly is a destroyer playing in the 8 position, but he's not creative. If he has the legs, Davis could be quite good; he's got a good passing range, a knack for space etc. However, he has been playing DM as he's gotten older. I'm also a tad underwhelmed at just recruiting former players, basically recreating the Walter/Ally squad from 2011/12 (?). We really do need striking options to alongside some creative players that can play 10 or 8. Gerrard was an 8 -- can he put his boots on?

Absolutely not, re: Adam. I actually think he is a very good player, or was; he is getting on a bit now. However, I think you need to build your team around him, like at Blackpool. From that perspective, it's a big 'no', for me.
