  1. None of the above.
  2. I'd have made Tav player manager and Dessers as player assistant manager. Just for shits, giggles and triggers.........
  3. Anyway, the main objective has been reached. Clement has been removed (6 months to late) and all going well, we'll have regime change by the end of the season.
  4. At least the nights out will be good.
  5. I don't think it really matters who I want - from what I'm hearing the new investors already have a short-list drawn up and they all have / are EPL management experience. Ideally it'll be a manager who has a clear footballing identity / system, who gets the players fit and hungry.
  6. So who is responsible for picking Clement's replacement? Given the rumoured "investment", it has to be a temporary appointment, no?
  7. Didn't we just hire an assistant manager on a long contract who has expressed interest at becoming a manager?
  8. I'm just finishing my dinner then heading over to Ibrox to pick him up and drive him to the airport.
  9. At some point we have to get behind an external offer. If the status quo continues, we are going to die a death of a 1000 cuts. The danger we face is being so frightened to move forward that we'll chase away someone / consortium who'll be good for us in the medium to long-term. We simply can't stick with the status quo if we have any ambitions to move our club forward.
  10. I'm fine, thanks for your concern. Can't believe we waited this long to sack him. Further negligence by the board - should have been sacked after Kiev game.
  11. The Sun also reporting he is about to be sacked.
  12. Pre-split fixtures below - I'm struggling to see where we pick up points. Maybe the 2 home games, but the 4 away games give me the fear. Kilmarnock (a) Motherwell (h) Celtic (a) Dundee (a) Hibs (h) Aberdeen (a)
  13. The fact that "poundshop" managers can work out quite easily how to set up against us with mostly "poundshop" players blows apart the theory that we'd be unable to find a manager / coach who would get more out our players.
  14. Now being reported Bennett is also open to selling his shares to the consortium. So first King, now Bennett - who's next?
  15. I'd also add "no style of play" to that list. At yesterday's game I counted 3 corners where within 3 passes, the ball was back at Butlands feet. Also, Beale was ridiculed for the "horseshoe" passing. Over the last few months, that's all we've done. Ball goes from right to left via the CBs than from left to right via the CBs. Our players go through phases of being "good" then they revert to being woeful - this has to be down to coaching and fitness. Butland - MOTM last week, a liability this week. Tav - finished a season ago but been unable to replace him. Nsiala - see Butland. Has been good then absolutely bullied yesterday. Propper - either really good or really bad. Offered no protection to his young partner yesterday. Jefte - still young but questions over his defensive abilities and not contributing in an attacking sense. Raskin - see Butland. Diomande - see Butland Hagi - wasn't good enough pre-injury, not good enough now. Cerny - been best player this season and whilst wasn't good yesterday you thought if anything was going to happen it would be through him. Not our player. Igamane - bled into the team, took time to settle, played well but in last month looks like that little lost boy again. Dessers - Dessers is Dessers - if he's not scoring he's offering nothing. And as I type this, Clement is still in a job.
  16. Oh, and see if we take to the pitch to Simply The Best next weekend, I think my head will explode 🤯 💥 😅
  17. What happens if they're better? Keeping a manager simply because the next one might not be better is not really an argument. Anyway, how much worse can we get?
