It's been 13 years since we've had a penalty at Parkhead - kinda goes against the Penalty To Rangers narrative. I see ex-ref Steve Conroy has confirmed that any offside should not stop a penalty being awarded. as for red cards, I can't comment but also can't remember the last time they had a red card at Parkhead against us. -

But they are now saying it was offside. Why are they pushing offside when it want a penalty? They've tied themselves in knots over the non-award and appears even they don't know why it wasn't given. Hopefully the club keep the pressure on. -

Nope, it was VAR that released the still and confirmed to SKY that it was offside, hence no penalty. However, the rules state that a penalty can't be disallowed due to offside. The VAR team have created this miss nd we need to know why. It's either to cover up incompetent decisions or cheating. -

I haven't changed the narrative, the VAR team did that by showing the "offside" still and saying that was the reason the penalty was not given. I said above, if they had NOT released the still, this would have all blown over. Now, they've changed the narrative, tried to cover incompetent referring (or cheating) and mudded the water. The rules clearly state that offside doesn't come into the equation when debating / deciding if it was a penalty, so why did the VAR team go down this road? I also said earlier this is now about the process (cheating) rather than penalties and offsides. The VAR team caused this and it needs to be investigated and if any underhanded behaviour is proven, then they need to be removed. -

I'm sure Doig will go for less than £5M - a fee of around £2M will get him. However, with a few Championship teams like Leeds also interested, think we'll struggle to get him. -

But the rules state offside is irrelevant, if he is even offside. If he was clearly offside, why did it take over half an hour for this line to be trotted out and a dubious still to be shown? The narrative is moved on from "no penalty" to " no penalty as he's offside". If VAR had NOT released the still and the offside narrative, this would have blown over, but by changing the narrative they have dug a hole for themselves that they'll struggle to get out off. -

But we don't know if it was offside. The image shared clearly shows the ball is in motion, so shouldn't have been used. It also took 30mins for this still to be shared - why did it take 30mins to get a still that showed "offside". The image should have been shared instantly. Anyway, we are now beyond pen or no pen, offside or onside, it's bow about the process, the lies and the cover up. -

The whole process / timeline stinks. The still that "confirmed" the offside took 30mins to conjure up and looks like the ball is in motion. In the last 3 meaningful OF games we've been robbed by dubious refereeing decisions and all 3 games have turned on those decisions. Its happening to frequently to be a coincidence and we as a club must challenge. Us fans must make Ibrox a hostile environment for those involved when they next officiate our games. -

The still that was shown clearly shows the ball is in motion. They published that for one reason and one reason only. Its all part of the lies and cover-up IMO. -
All the best in 2024 to one and all.

By not releasing the audio, the SFA are admitting what we all know. I don't know what more the club can do. Maybe worth releasing a statement claiming we've been cheated, await a summons for brining the game into disrepute then ask the SFA to prove that we're lying? Either way, we know, they know and now everyone knows we've been shafted / cheated. -

I haven't seen today's game and very unlikely to watch it back. Not surprised that we are talking about referees decisions given they've, with the media's help, piled pressure on the officials and we've sat back and gone with dignified silence. Good to hear Clement calling it out. Not surprised that we lost the game either. Since SG, we've never gotten the better of them in a meaningful game. We need to readdress the ballance ASAP. Defeats to them are horrible, hurtful and frustratingly avoidable. We are still very much in the hunt for the title, but in my opinion, have to win the next OF game (and possibly the next two). Both them and us will drop more points, we just have to ensure we drop less than them. We must return to winning ways on Tuesday, then regroup during the winter break and come back stronger. -

Haha - how's it Timmy Scaremongering? It's all in the accounts in black and white. We may spend this month, but won't expect us to spend much, unless we can sell Yimaz -

To be fair, a ITK poster on FF called Silva earlier this morning before it was confirmed or reported. No mention or even a hint of a deal for Shankland - not to say its not happening. -

If the deal has been done and its an open secret in footballing circles, it would have made its way into the media. Every news outlet would be running it (as an exclusive). Find it hard to believe that ex and current coaches / players know the deal is done but the press haven't been made aware. With Celtic losing out on Silva, they'll be interested in Shankland but believe their main target is the lad from Aberdeen -

Weirdly, that's now an ex Hearts coach and current Hibs keeper who've leaked this story today. Also, current HMFC and ex-Rangers player stating on radio that the asking price is £6M. -
