Personally, I just prefer to vote for players I saw play. I have watched videos, DVDs and listened to elder Bears tell me of all our great players. I made Eric Caldow an exception as I met him and he always took time to talk to me about Rangers (whilst both of us were supposed to be working). This was during the mid-80s when we were terrible but he would tell me to stick with The Rangers and things would change. Anyway, it's just a bit of fun.

It should be Sandy Jardine, and I hope he wins the poll. However, outwith Caldow, I'm sticking to players I had the pleasure of watching. Given that, there is only one person that I can vote for and that's Gary Stevens. A wonderful full-back. Honorable mentions to Hutton and Tav.

Gersnet Rangers All-time XI | Day 3: Centre-backs
CammyF replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
Agree with all / most that have been mentioned, and I'll also go Butcher and Gough. -
@Rousseau right back should have been after goalie not left back 😀

Whilst I never saw him play, my Dad tells me Caldow was one of the best and I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting him as a YTS in a local builders yard where he would pop into now and again (he was a salesman for a supplier). I'd say Numan or Robertson were the best I've seen and as Frankie said, Stuart Munro deserves an honourable mention. But purely due to my Dad's influence and Calbow taking time to talk to Mr about Rangers whenever he visited the yard, he gets my vote.
-
Agreed, I picked him as well! Just ahead of Chris Woods.
-
Yet, he had a very shaky start to his Rangers career costing us numerous goals. Turned it around brilliantly and only blip thereafter was when WS put him in transfer market. But again, Goram turned it around

That I briefly worked with his daughter-in-law!!! Nothing more, nothing less other than she was a lovely person.
-
Useless fact, I briefly worked with Eric Sorensons daughter-in-law.
-
We have had many very good goalkeepers and some excellent keepers. Woods, Goram, Klos and McGregor standout as the best I've seen play for Rangers and very little separates them. If pushed, I'd love to say Woods but think Goram just shades it for me.

Rangers International Football Club PLC annual report and AGM

Not read them, not listened to the interview but Social Media awash with tales of us being doomed, so I'm assuming that they are OK..... -
Between Dessers, Lawrence and McCausland so given it to the young lad. Well deserved.

Thinking back to the game, and I could be wrong here, but it appeared McLean blew for a foul after the goal was scored. It was one of those decisions that would be hard to overturn, maybe explains McLeans apparent late "whistle" -

The compliance officer will be all over this. Expect Todd's yellow to upgraded to a red. -
What a game at The Bridge - fantastic viewing.

Another wonderful and poignant display from UBs and Broomie Collective today. Showing once again why they are head and shoulders above all other Scottish Ultras. -

That is part of it but we never looked like scoring when Dessers and McCausland were replaced. Sima wasn't a his best, Danilo spent more time sliding about the astro-turf and Cantwell was too busy looking for a fight and picked up another stupid booking. Lawrence played well but tired (as expected) and shows what little options we have that we had to play Ridvan left wing -

A weird game today in that we completely dominated from start to finish.amd should have won by 3 or 4 goals. We also looked comfortable against Livis kick and rush football that we've previously struggled against, especially on the plastic pitch. Not many outstanding performances and would say Dessers, McCausland and Lundstram were the best three players. Came way from the game today satisfied with another victory but frustrated that we could and should have won at a canter. -

Has Danilo touched the ball since he came on? -

Aye, like Danilo scores every chance. Jeez, give Dessers a chance. He's played well in 1st half and scored the only goal of the game. He's getting himself in good positions and his hold up play has been excellent. Maybe a shout to have both them on? -

Two goals disallowed, missed penalty and a Dessers goal. Weird 45 mins 🙂 Couldn't see what either goal was chopped off for, will need to see the highlights! -

He sun may be shining in Livi but it's absolutely freezing at game.
