If England were to change their manager before the tournament, then their chances would be significantly enhanced
-
You may be correct, but you can't argue with the results and qualification record Scotland have under Clarke.

12 games in 37 days will define the season

That's a weird take on what I actually said. I continually advocate that we need stability and can't continue to sack managers every year and certainly don't blame the fans for Beale and Gio sackings. I think we've seen significant evidence that the squad isn't as messed up as we thought. Sima, Danilo, Matando and a few others have shown they may just have what it takes. I think history shows that if we capitulate between now and January, there will be mumbling from sections of the fanbase. -

Not really. Financially he needs to get us out of the EL group stages, failing to qualify would be a (financial) disaster. If we are say 10 points behind them and beaten at Parkhead, there will serious questions being asked of Clement from sections of the support, we are not a patient bunch (just ask MB and Gio). -

Clement is off to a great start, but it's worth remembering both Gio and Beale also got off to great starts! Old clichΓ©, we just need to take it one game at a time and see where we are at the winter break. It would be great to be hot on their heals in the league, through to the next stage of the Europa League and have the League Cup in the trophy cabinet decked in red, white and blue ribbons. Getting players back and playing well (Roofe, Raskin, Lawrence, Matondo etc) will help as we'll need to utilise the squad given the amount of games. All of the above is obvious and not going to stick my neck out and predict where we'll be as "once bitten, twice shy" as we seem to be in this "predicament" on an annual basis recently. However, it's safe to say it's make or break time for Clement and the players. -
Far too many to list, but for me, it's Parlane and McCoist. Derek Parlane was my 1st Rangers hero so has to get the nod over Hateley.

Have to vote Davie Cooper but special mention to Tommy McLean

Gersnet Rangers All-time XI | Day 7: Attacking-midfield
CammyF replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
For me it's a straight choice between Gazza, Durrant and Barry Ferguson and I've gone for Gazza. -
I 've not been to Parkhead in years (maybe even decades), so from perspective, it wouldn't bother me one iota. However there are plenty who want to attend these games and Rangers games no matter where we are playing.

Not much they can do other than ask SPFL to intervene
-
I'd expect Celtic to refuse us tickets for game

Rhetorical question?
-
Predominantly yes

Brian Laudrup for me all day long. However, Walters, McCann, Cooper (spoiler alert, hes my choice for right wing), Willie Johnston, Davie Wilson all spring to mind. Fare to say we've had a few. Can you class Baxter as a winger?

Gersnet Rangers All-time XI | Day 5: Defensive-midfield / Half-back

Good, but I hope you can sleep tonight knowing either Ian Durrant of Gazza are not going to be in my picks π -

Maybe we should just pick the team using xG..... π -

Gersnet Rangers All-time XI | Day 5: Defensive-midfield / Half-back
CammyF replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
My two centre midfielders were going to be Ian Durrant and Gazza, your formation doesn't allow for this so I'm ragingπ I was wondering how I could get JG into the team, so this is the best way for me to do so, buy who drops out, Durrant or Gazza? John Greig for me but as Gribz said, a honorable mention to Stuart McCall and maybe Nigel Spackman -

@Rousseau Your formation has thrown my choices and I now refuse to participate π Will now need to have a think about this as I had my midfield 4 sorted but they were all offensive players π
