  1. Window nearly shut but now that St. Johnstone are out of league cup a possible last minute deal due to their loss of revenue, with no final appearance/.
  2. BH good idea re a game it would be even nicer if Everton,Sunderland and ourselves could send a select team to help a fundraiser if allowed under football's daft rules.
  3. Obviously it was good stewarding to keep it from escalating.Well done Gers fans for not reacting. Is it worth waiting for SPFL to deal with after all still awaiting result of Well fans last season.
  4. The addition of two wide men might give us a chance to deploy MacKay in the mid field where he has looked pretty decent in the latter part of two games. Murdoch is on RFC official pages saying he is relishing loan move to QoS to help in his development, great attitude from the boy.
  5. Well done us and the two EPL clubs wonder what happened to the club supposedly based on a charitable foundation?????
  6. Why not sus out an auction for rare and limited edition books and sell it with a fixed reserve that you are happy with(I watch too much Flog It and Cash in the Attic). But good luck mate.
  7. MW is looking to bolster squad with top target Reed from Southhampton????. Come on he might be a target but not a top one the top one's have not materialised as we all know. However let's hope the new names in the frame can be signed and do a good job for us and for first welcome Billy King.
  8. Another loss in court to MASH regarding blocking of shareholder voting to stop them continuing blocking sanctions against the shareholders at AGM's. If SD want to block voting at meetings they will have to apply each time in advance under court legislation as a continuation of their previous injunction was dismissed.
  9. Evans obviously did watch the Friday Brentford game on television which was supposed to be his last before coming to us.The guy looked cumbersome and static totally different from Evans assessment,no way near in any comparable to Vierra a class player.
  10. Agree about Le Guen a totally useless and inept manager for us problem with Ally was his personality he let that overtake any managerial/coaching capabilities,if any,he might have had in wanting to stay everbody's pal.
  11. It is very worrying re offensive language as "industrial language" as it is affectionately known is an everyday occurrence heard every where,in the street,in all manner of public places,on tv programs etc.If everybody was to be charged with this goodnes knows how the law courts could deal with it. It seems that football fans are being demonised especially us.
  12. He has improved enormously and over last couple of games when subs made looks as if he could be good for us in midfield.
  13. Read the report in the paper at last it seems something sensible written by a reporter. Totally agree that such a sum of taxpayers money should not be used for such a hair-brained idea as not all taxpayers are interested in football. While I find a lot of songs ,over the full spectrum of football,to be offensive/annoying if they are kept within the grounds it is a way of letting off steam. More worrying is the issue of flares etc.,the culprits should be,if caught, jailed and left with a criminal record. These people are not fans but just senseless morons.
  14. Had to try to shut up an old codger sitting behind us at Livi game constantly moaned about Wallace,he was told to support his team.
  15. It has been proved this season that if you give players a chance to play in their proper positions they can show what they are capable of.
  16. Ref match/results see game v Kilmarnock finally listed should help fans with travel arrangements etc.
  17. Our homepage is not kept well up to date especially the match report and fixtures section I have messaged the club twice re the cup game v Kilmarnock not being listed very poor.
  18. Just read the article glad to see him doing so well a very level headed young man. Pity we missed out good luck to him in his future career.
  19. I wasn't implying that all were responsible and used the words "section of them".I am always pleased to see a full house as it shows how far we have come.I have already posted re enclosing an advisory note with paper tickets re singing and foul chanting and wrote to Ibrox suggesting same. If club were to do this over and above tannoy announcements it could further show they are taking positive action on the problem.
  20. Used banned in a metaphorical sense as the singing of certain songs appear to be more prevalent when the extra tickets are sold and in my personal opinion are from a section of those who buy them and are not regular attenders.
  21. Hopefully the singers of banned songs will not buy them or if they do pay heed to the pre game announcements.
  22. It will be interesting to see how quickly they deal with singing a "bad song" and mete out punishment for hearing injury after all a less serious taunting and invasion of pitch by Motherwell fans is still under investigation.Oh of course the are waiting to find a little thing that can lay the blame on us.
  23. If we don't sign any players am I right in thinking that we are able to recall loaned players at any time should it be necessary in emergency.
  24. To be honest do you think if we did get to there at any level that we would take a massive travelling support or get one coming to us,doubtful to say the least. The costs just to follow in Scotland are high enough, what would they be say going to London,Swansea,,Southhampton etc.
