  1. Sorry I didn't see this. I put it up as a new thread.
  2. Dave King warns Rangers fans of five-year wait before truth is known about Whyte and Green eras at Ibrox07:57, 13 September 2015Updated 08:25, 13 September 2015By Scott McDermottGREEN and Whyte have both been charged by Police Scotland in connection to Whyte's purchase of the club in 2012.PA/SNSCraig Whyte and Charles GreenDAVE King fears it could be FIVE YEARS before Rangers fans know the truth about Craig Whyte and Charles Green’s time at Ibrox. The club’s former owner and chief executive have been charged by Police Scotland in connection to Whyte’s purchase of Rangers in 2012. New Ibrox chairman King is eager to find out what really went on as the club were plunged into administration and then liquidation. But he’s warned supporters they face a long wait for answers.King said: “I have some experience of lengthy, complex litigation and I think this will run for quite a few years.Murray claimed he was duped into selling Rangers to Whyte“When you have the intervention of Police Scotland’s criminal case alleging against Green of conspiracy, it starts to get complicated.“I’d imagine a lot of parties will now be looking at civil litigation. I really see this being tied up for a number of years.“I don’t think it could possibly happen in two – I would say it will be closer to five. We believe that if anything is found to be untoward, they should be held accountable.Read more: Rangers trio run gauntlet of angry fans after they're charged with a serious organised crime conspiracy“That period of history with Rangers is clearly something the club and supporters have not been able to put behind it.“But it’s more likely, once the criminal case is aired, we will get some clarity as to what was really going on.“We are as much in the dark about it so it will be interesting to see it unfold when the case is presented in court.” King, who was back in Glasgow this week, has reached a settlement with former boss Ally McCoist , who had been on gardening leave McCoist’s contract has been terminated but ex-caretaker boss Kenny McDowall will be paid until his deal ends in February.King said: “The circumstances are different. I don’t feel he has the alternative opportunities that Ally perhaps has in the marketplace.“He’s earned his gardening leave, the circumstances were out of his control, and it would be improper for us to even suggest we wouldn’t honour his contract in full.” http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dave-king-warns-rangers-fans-6433753

    Predictions

If you want to take part drop Zappa a pm. You will obviously start a few points behind but if you predict like today then you will catch up quickly.
  5. HMRC would not go with the CVA because they wanted to go after Whyte. That was their main reason stated at the time.
  6. Will he won't he? Answers on a postcard to......
  7. I must admit the timing of this with his agreement with Rangers is very suspicious although I suppose he could have just held 2 jobs if he really wanted too.
  8. Do you not think it is viable BD?
  9. Excellent preview. The standard is so high this season it puts even the top sports journalists to shame.
  10. Atmosphere of 5-10.000 or more people would be great.

    Welcome Thread

Welcome Ricky if you have been lurking then you obviously liked what you saw. I hope you enjoy coming out of the shadows and enjoy posting. Cheers mate.
  12. Yes a small amount of supporters and a live stream on big screens at Ibrox or porkhead. That would probably bring in more revenue as well.
  13. After watching all the video's of the Development team recently i have not seen any defenders that give me confidence to step up to the first team to be honest.I thought Ball looked the best defender we have but Kiernan No1 choice.
  14. I doubt if that proves anything one way or the other. He may have driven her just for a snorkel at Glasgow Green(Shit that colour again).
  15. That is Bullshit Bearman and you know it. wanting to save Oldco is nothing to do with not being Rangers. Your posts are getting weirder and weirder i worry about you.
  16. If I could afford it it would be top of my list. How much money would it take?
  17. Don't forget next season the unwashed will be getting the whole of the Broomloan probably so how will that effect ST sales next season. You will probably miss the toppers of the season.
  18. Thanks for the compliment and welcome to you guys. I think when king talks about adding at least 5 new players he is taking into consideration that Law, Shiels, Templeton, Miller and probably a few more will be leaving. I think Rangers are now talking about adding Quality as adding to numbers. I think Warburton wants a lean mean squad so I think he will keep the squad numbers but just improve with better players. He virtually says that in many interviews.
  19. Instead of writing bumf like this they should spend some time some time bringing the Rangers website up to date like the first team players squad. Surely that is not more than a half-hours work at most.
  20. You see I can live with him receiving a salary he was entitled to. What would really disappoint me is if he did wittingly join Greens mob and hoodwink the Rangers support into getting onside for his own financial gain. That really would be a bridge too far for me.
  21. Is telling someone they have their head in the sand an insult? I thought it was just a phrase to explain that they are not seeing what others, rightly or wrongly see as obvious. Sorry Cal I did not mean to insult you. While I can't prove anything as I have indeed never done any research I did witness a Kris Boyd who looked as he was carrying a few more kilo's as he did at Kilmarnock. I saw 3rd and 4th league part-time-teams run us ragged at times. This is indeed not any proof of fitness but this is a discussion forum and people do give opinions. If we have to produce Physical proof for every discussion then Frankie can just as well shut the forum down. My opinion is also Ally set his players up in a far more defensive structure than Warburton does and it is also my opinion that the players movement off the ball has been vastly improved. I also believe that Ally worried far too much how our opponents would play and set his team up to counteract that Where Warbuton says regularly that it is how Rangers play that is important. Warburton is also working for his wage which is quite pleasing.
  22. I totally agree most will be down to an attitude change but Ally was the one setting the standards. If a manager sees that a player has the wrong attitude he should not pick him. It is also very possible that the manager had the wrong attitude and things mushroomed through the team. Eye witnesses are a very important part of root cause investigation and the thousands of supporters who witnessed the football being served up by Ally's team and decided to stay away, cannot all be wrong. Eye witness accounts stand up in a court of law, How much proof do you want?
  23. Come on Cal you must now see the difference in the fitness levels of our players. If not you are hiding your head in the sand.
  24. More as a100.000 of a point.cash used for a better meansthan roses
  25. Oduwa has had a few weeks more settling in time. Oduwa is more dynamic as wingers mostly are but I believe Zelalem will be more consistent over a longer period of time . That also goes with his position wingers are in general less consistent.
