Great display. Oduwa was phenomenal at the goal and the penalty. That was a dream to watch but St Johnstone will be our first real measuring point. -
Not really sure what you are getting at but if you hold the reigns of a horse to let it gallop then it will gallop. If you hold them taut then then it will hold back and a donkey will pass it. That is what happened.

There are millions of more songs without swearing than with swearing so that point is not really relevant.

This was a perfect example of Scottish manager tactics in not setting out to dominate but keep it tight at the back and hope for a goal. Only in the second half did we actually try to get a grip of the game. We really need a more adventurous manager. A Warburton look-alike. Not quite as bad as the 4-6-0 but heading that way. Point 2) Scott Brown is a Fanny and caused the goal by his pedestrian marking. If he is Scotland's best then we should not be near a top tournament.

I am maybe an old fuddy duddy but i would have preferred "He said no thanks to that"instead of the swear word. Swearing is not something I would connect to him and I find it unnecessary in this case as no thanks actually fits in better.

http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/13646375.Police__The_alleged_fraudulent_takeover_of_Rangers_will_take_detectives____wherever_they_need_to_go___/ Police: The alleged fraudulent takeover of Rangers will take detectives “wherever they need to go” Evening Times: Peter Swindon, Group Investigations Writer / Friday 4 September 2015 / News The probe into the alleged fraudulent takeover of Rangers will take detectives “wherever they need to go”, police said today. They are trying to track down Rangers’ former commercial director Imran Ahmad as part of the investigation into the takeover by former chief executive Charles Green in 2012. A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said this morning: “The inquiry is ongoing and it will take officers wherever they need to go.” Charles Green, former Rangers owner Craig Whyte, David Whitehouse and Paul Clark, who both worked for the club's administrators Duff and Phelps, are all facing charges connected to the takeover. Whyte took control of Rangers in May 2011 but by the summer of 2012 Green had taken charge at the Ibrox club by purchasing Rangers' assets and business after it went into administration and liquidation earlier that year. He stepped down as chief executive in 2013. -

http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/former-rangers-director-imran-ahmad-6383661 Former Rangers director Imran Ahmad puts £80,000 Porsche up for sale amidst fraud claims 20:00, 4 September 2015 By Chris Clements AS Police attempt to track down the former Rangers director, he has placed his £80,000 car up for sale. Imran Ahmad's Porsche FORMER Rangers director Imran Ahmad is trying to sell his £80,000 Porsche. He put his black 1989 Carrera up for sale earlier this year, describing it as an “honest” car. Police want to speak to Ahmad over claims of fraud relating to his former boss Charles Green’s takeover of Rangers in 2012. Green, Craig Whyte and former administrators David Whitehouse and Paul Clark appeared in court this week charged with involvement in serious organised crime. All four men were bailed and police inquiries are continuing. Sources say detectives are keen to talk to Ahmad, left, who was commercial director at Ibrox under Green. But it’s understood he has been travelling overseas and is now in Pakistan. SNS Former Rangers director Imran Ahmad Ahmad put his Porsche on the market for £79,995 in an online ad in February. The advert, which will remain active until November, says of the car: “She is one of the most honest and original RHD 3.2 Carrera Sport Coupes for sale in the UK, with zero rust and still drives like a new car. “Not in any rush to sell, no dealers, absolutely no canvassers and no offers, thank you. “Whoever sees her first will buy her, as her condition speaks for itself.” Ahmad arrived at Ibrox alongside Green in 2012 and left in April 2013, a week after the Yorkshireman. The club had announced an investigation into Green and Ahmad over claims of links to Whyte. Ahmad claimed he was owed a £500,000 bonus and tried to have £620,000 of the club’s money frozen. Fans were furious when Rangers settled the case. -

However, he issued a statement yesterday confirming that he is not being sought. Stockbridge said: “I instructed my legal team to contact the procurator fiscal to establish whether or not officers of Police Scotland were attempting to contact me. “It has been confirmed that this is categorically not the case.” He added: “For the avoidance of doubt, I joined the Club on 14 June 2012 and had no involvement in the acquisition, which appears to be the basis of the current investigation.” http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/rangers-fraud-case-ex-ibrox-6382310 -

I watched a small part of the Malmo Celtic game and the Celtic tv looked actually as if it was a copy of RTV. The only difference is that every foul against a Celtic player is at least yellow to the death sentence and every Celtic foul on an opponent is very dubious indeed. -
Well our new Philosophy is to have a younger smaller hungrier squad maybe this is for all facets of the club.

Could possibly be put in the Rangers chat as it is what has been said on here often. Unfortunately the tims are masochists when it comes to Rangers. They would rather do self-hurting than give Rangers any form of recognition.

The older members will be sick of me telling this story but I used to have to go and sit in the car as that was the only Radio I could get any reception of BBC Scotland on. Even then it came and went. Strange how it was almost at exciting times it always seemed to get bad leaving me not knowing what happened. I have to admit though if you pay a reasonable sum of money then you expect a good product. My complaint against it is the crap patter of DJ. Absolutely diabolical. Even worse than mine. -
I read on FF from someone who was there that there were actually only about 20 supporters the most was photographers pushing to get the best photo. Edit =I just noticed this:Around a dozen hardcore Gers fans waited for hours outside the court yesterday to launch a tirade of verbal abuse at the trio.

As far as I can remember he did in the development cup final last season. Not very successfully I may add.

Thanks Ger. As for the Jumper, C'mon it is Scotland make it an Anorak. -
It looks like Fraser Aird could be a very important player this season if injuries set in.

Vuckic signed for Wigan on loan but Newcastle gave him another years extension on his contract. Book closed as Rangers news!

Defence is very very tight. I am not sure what we have in the development team but they could be needed. Two injuries in central defence and we are struggling. In past years we have had forward players that could fill in in defence but we don't have anyone who can do that now. Wallace can fill in in Central defence but is probably in the same class as Jig. That is a worry.
